Pros:

Very good location, good access to beach, cleaning and all other hotel services were very good.

Cons:

Limitted breakfast options and low quality of the food in general, especially fresh or cooked vegetables. A wedding has been organized in the hotel restaurant garden saturday night …with music until 5am.

Pros:

Le nombre de piscines (permet de changer d'environnement)
La literie et la décoration de la chambre + le grand balcon

Cons:

Le personnel n'était pas très aimable (pas de sourire) sauf la personne à l'accueil du restaurant.
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas qualitatif (peu de choix). Surtout, il est servi dans une salle trop petite par rapport au nombre de vacanciers (nous avons erré plusieurs fois car nous ne trouvions pas de place)
La chambre est belle et la literie de qualité, mais une fenêtre n'était pas dotée de rideaux (celle de la salle de bain, pièce qui est ouverte sur le reste de la chambre) + le frigo fait de la lumière, a une porte transparente et n'est pas dans un meuble : résultat, il y a tjs beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre, ce qui ne permet pas un sommeil optimal.
Le nombre de serviettes proposées était insuffisant pour la douche + la piscine.
Le spa n'était pas continuellement allumé : il fallait appeler d'abord pour qu'il soit mis en route.
Pour le tennis, nous avons été près des cours de tennis : personne. Nous sommes allés à l'accueil : on ne nous a pas trouvé de solution, à part nous rendre de l'autre côté du site : nous avons abandonné.
L'hôtel est situé dans un complexe (très en pente) avec des navettes (pas tjs disponibles).
Globalement, pour le prix des chambres, nous avons été très déçus. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un hôtel impersonnel qui base ses prestations plus sur le complexe dans lequel il se trouve, plutôt que ses propres prestations.
Heureusement, nous avons apprécié la ville de Sozopol, sinon il n'y avait pas d'intérêt pour nous de venir dans cet établissement.

Pros:

Обслужването на рецепцията на Вива Маре беше повече от страхотно. Транспорта с количката беше приятна изненада и персонала отзивчив. Басейна на Вива Маре е чист, поддържан, както и ресторанта. Професионално обслужване от сервитьорите в ресторанта на Вива Маре, както и в магазина в тази част.

Cons:

Нямахме топла вода, първите два дена. Никой не ни предупреди и когато попитахме какво става, първоначално не ни беше обяснено, че проблема е в целия хотел. Нямат резервен вариант. Стаите не се почистваха достатъчно обстойно и не всички принадлежности, които се полагат се подменяха регулярно. Единствено трябва да се повиши качеството на бариста уменията на персонала.

Incantare si relaxare
Pros:

Hotelul este foarte curat ,iar facilitatile “ smart” sunt extraordinare. Cadrul natural, verdeata, copacii, aleile, piscinele te fac sa te simti relaxat si plin de optimism. Linistea este un alt atu al intregului complex Santa Marina.
