Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel die goed Engels Spreken.
Wij moesten vroeg op omdat we een vroege vlucht hadden. Daarom stond er een ontbijt klaar om mee te nemen.
Het hotel zit midden in de wijk old quarter.
Kamers waren schoon. Bed was goed. Dagelijkse schoonmaak.

Cons:

Er wordt naast het hotel gebouwd. Die draaien 24 uur per dag door. Ik kon wel gewoon slapen,maar de uitkijk vanuit het balkon was minder. Al met al een super fijn hotel.

Ich habe mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt das Personal Roger, Shawn sind super freundlich und Tien ist überaus freundlich Aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, Sie Roger und Shawn mich bei allem sehr unterstützt. Sie sind mir sehr ans Herz gewachsen, ich komme wieder. Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Altstadt ein MIchelin Restaurant ist 1 min Fußweg entfernt.

Cons:

Gab nichts was ich jetzt groß bemengeln würde.

EVERYTHING and It's suck

I was booked a room at Golden Legend Boutique Hotel (4 Star) @10 Chan Cam, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
But when I arrived at the Hotel. They send me to another Hotel and told me that both Hotels are partner together, ,and the Hotels they put me in is (2star) Golden Legend Diamond @18 Chan Cam Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
WTH??? I am getting tired of this bullshit booking online.. I am paying for what I asked for and it's always happens when the customers got there?

Awesome place to stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Legend Boutique Hotel! The service was truly exceptional, and the location was perfect, with easy access to Hanoi’s popular tourist spots.

What made our stay even more special was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and hospitable, always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
They even prepared packed breakfast and fresh fruits for us when we checked out, 'cause our flight was early.

A special shout-out to Roger and Shawn at the reception for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. You both made our experience even more memorable! ❤️

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Hanoi. If you’re planning a trip to Hanoi, we highly recommend this hotel. Excellent service, a great location, and genuinely wonderful people. We would definitely love to stay here again! 😊

We had a pleasant stay here. The welcome we received from check-in to the end of our stay was phenomenal, and the staff were very professional.

Shawn is an amazing person who helped us with all the information we needed and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would happily stay here again!
