Pros:

We enjoyed our vacation in Hanoi because of their amazing staff. Kudos to Shawn, Roger, and San (the night shift guy)! They were so attentive to our needs that made our stay extra special.
We were so grateful for the holiday tips and the fruits and yoghurt Shawn packed for us to take to the airport.

Cons:

There's nothing to dislike.

Great Location and Value for Money
Pros:

Breakfast was a simple buffet but sufficient and delicious. Location is great with short walks to main attractions. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really. The hotel is perfect for budget travellers travelling with their friends / family / kids who want to explore the city without paying a lot for their accommodation yet have a comfortable convenient clean stay. So with no fancy 5 stars expectations, the hotel is perfect.

Pros:

L'emplacement près de la cathédrale, des boutiques et du lac. Des restos tout autour. Personnel gentil et disponible.

Cons:

Réservation à golden legend boutique mais en arrivant on nous dit que la chambre se trouve à golden amour un peu plus loin finalement tout s'est bien passé. Annah et Andrew se sont bien occupés de nous.ils nous ont conseillés pour des sorties.

Pros:

The hotel's location is great; even though it was noisy outside, we couldn't hear any of it in the room. We had a lovely stay, but most importantly, the staff was excellent. Especially Shawn—he is wonderful. When my spouse got sick, he made ginger tea by hand and gave us medicine, even though we had already checked out. He helped us with everything we asked. Highly recommended! :)

Hanoi seyahatimizi kolaylastirdi.
Pros:

Otelin konumu iyi disarida gurultu olsada oda da duyulmadi. Konaklamamiz iyi gecti fakat her seyden onemlisi calisanlar mukemmeldi. Ozellikle Shawn. O harika birisi. Esim hastalandığında otelden check out yapmamiza ragmen elleriyle zencefil cayi hazirladi ve bize ilac verdi. Ne sorduysak yardimci oldu. Tavsiye edilir :)
