Hôtel top. Dommage qu il n ait pas ses propres transats de plage…
Pros:

L hôtel est très bien. Les chambres propres et jolies deco et personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Le restaurant et la plage attenante n appartiennent pas à l hôtel. Le barman du restaurant de plage a été exécrable et nous a demandé de quitter les transats où nous étions installés sous prétexte qu ils étaient occupés alors qu il n y avait personne … énorme bémol de cet hôtel.

El personal de recepción es excelente, super amables y atentos.
La ubicación es perfecta, está sobre la playa y super cerca del centro, ideal para caminar.

Cons:

Luego del checkin, lo primero que hicimos fue pedir unas piñadas a la barra y al momento de cobrarlas ya habían incluído el 15% de servicio sin consultar, esa actitud ya hizo que no volvamos a consumir dentro del hotel.
Las piñadas que nos sirvieron tenían apensa un poco más de la mitad del vaso, no llegaba a completar 1/3.
En la habitación había dos ventiladores, uno arriba de cada cama, 1 de ellos estaba al máximo y, luego de una explicación dudosa, nos dijeron que no se podía regular por lo que el que dormía en esa cama no pudo descanar bien, tenía mucho frío o mucho calor.

Great location, spacious rooms, and super friendly staff. Excellent value for the price
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always happy to answer our questions and share useful local tips. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The location was also excellent, just a 15-minute walk from the city center.

Cons:

The beach bar and restaurant were nice overall. However, one staff member was quite rude to us when we arrived with our own water and cola. We weren't aware that bringing outside drinks wasn't allowed, and we immediately apologized and were about to put them away. While my friend was taking her last sip of water in the 35°C heat, he came back and rather aggressively told us to put it away. The situation could have been handled in a much friendlier and more understanding way.

Fantástico hotel frente a la playa, en zona tranquila, pero a 5 min del centro caminando por la playa
Pros:

Fantástico hotel con salida directa a la mejor playa de Holbox. El hotel tiene un interiorismo muy bonito. El personal es muy amable. Está en una zona muy tranquila pero, a la vez caminando por la playa llegas en 5 min al centro.

Ideal para disfrutar a tope de Holbox
Pros:

La ubicación junto al mar es perfecta y no demasiado cerca del centro de la ciudad, por lo que es un entorno muy tranquilo. La habitación, ideal frente a una de las dos piscinas y pudiendo acceder a la playa descalzo.
El personal, muy atento y servicial, especialmente Olga.

Cons:

El desayuno y el restaurante dejan mucho que desear (se sirven en el mismo lugar). Lentísimos en el servicio y poca calidad en las comidas. Además, el personal (con alguna excepción), es bastante desagradable.

Great Choice!
Pros:

Perfect location for MY ‘Fly Fishing’ purposes and easy walk to town and restaurants.
Great beach access and pool refreshing.

Cons:

Though did not need or inquire about but poolside lounge chairs could have existed.
Rooms could/should have had place to put ‘suitcase unpacked clothing.
Requested refrigerator was PERFECT! (But should be standard item)

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, am schönsten Strandabschnitt, in extremer Ruhe, 2 Min. zu Fuss im Zentrum.

Muy recomendable para hospedarte en Holbox
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y con acceso directo a la playa, el hotel muy limpio y el personal muy amable; en especial Kevin en la recepción y Franco en el bar de playa. Hacen que tu estancia sea muy placentera y cualquier duda que tengas sobre la Isla la resuelven muy rápido.
Holbox es un destino que no te debes perder si te gusta la vida de playa.

La habitación era amplia y limpia, el personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

El club de playa no lo controla el mismo hotel, es otra administración y es muy molesto que estén encima del huésped. No se puede sacar sus bebidas al área de la playa porque los camastros puedes usarlos solo si consumes en el club de playa del mismo hotel.
