Great staff, reach out to them with any concerns
Pros:

The staff is exceptional - very friendly, always eager to help. It was a pleasure to communicate with them. The room and the hotel were clean. Free coffee was good.

Cons:

The A/C was very loud, even on the lowest fan setting. A train passed by at least four times every night, blowing its horn as loudly as you can imagine and waking everyone up.

The walls were thin - you could hear a guest in the room above taking a shower at 4 a.m. The entry door to our room had a one-inch gap at the bottom, so we could hear everything happening in the hallway as if the door were open.

The sofa bed was incredibly stiff and unbelievably noisy. The Wi-Fi was very slow, reaching at most 10 Mbps.

**UPDATE:** After I posted this review, hotel management reached out to me and said they would have moved me to another, quieter room if I had raised my concerns during my stay. I wish I had realized that at the time. I had assumed that any other room would probably have the same issues and that I would have to pay for the move, but you never know until you try.

Very clean and excellent for longer stays.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the room size and the bathtub.

Cons:

The only thing bothersome was the gap between the door and floor. It’s wide enough to see through into the hallway, which made outside noice louder and could be a potential hazard.
