The location!!!

Cons:

The room 305 hae a Jacuzzi but the staff had the Jacuzzi button covered up where you couldn't see it. We didn't get to use the Jacuzzi tub because of this. Told the front desk all they could say was sorry. Didn't appreciate this at all. Paid hi dollar amount and I got nothing in return

Pros:

I'm a repeat customer and our entire family has enjoyed this Resort many times. We like the size of the rooms and the fact that they have a small kitchenette. It has a nice size pool and it overlooks the ocean.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a very large family gathering of people that used extremely foul language repeatedly in front of their children and everyone else's. They were loud, obnoxious and intimidating. They actually smoked weed and drink beer while swimming in the pool. I imagine that no one wanted to speak up because they were intimidated but it was very annoying and rude. We were quite turned off by it.

HATED THE ENTIRE WEEKEND!!! DIRTY ROOMS I MEAN FILTHY!!!!!!!! NO AC, HAIR EVERYWHERE IN THE SINKS, RUST,MOLD ALL IN THE ROOMS! PLEASE FULL REFUND!!!

Fifty and not worth the money

The location and the person that checked me in.

Cons:

Room was NOT fully clean. Hotel needs a MAJOR upgrade. Only one elevator was working. Staff at the Tiki bar was NOT friendly. Knobs missing off of the shower. Sofa's in the room were dirty. Not to mention hair on my bed and black stains on the sheets. The bed was horrible!!!! Both of them!!!! One had a sink hole and one felt like it would fall apart. We will NEVER return.
