Cost-effective, convenient stay in New Delhi
Pros:

Bloom boutique hotel is a great, convenient cost effective option for staying in Delhi, it is in Connaught place so close to most things, it was very walkable! The staff were excellent. The rooms were good and clean. It was exactly what we needed during our time there!

Cons:

It was really good, there is not much I could say about it being better, it was exactly what was needed for the price, could include breakfast if you liked which was a decent spread.

A very nice and comfortable and enjoyable stay - I will return!
Pros:

Cheerful atmosphere - the lively yellow color motif was fun!, the staff were excellent - very helpful with recommendations for meals, super fast response to requests for toiletries, terrific location - found transport easily, room was very quiet and very spacious. Easy commute via metro from the airport.

Cons:

There was no view, the window did not seem to open.

Comfortable stay with excellent service, but the room could use more fresh air
Pros:

The staff were wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also really appreciated the free water and snacks at the reception, as well as the hotel’s chat service, which made it very easy to request anything we needed. Breakfast was good overall: not a huge selection, and quite a lot of spicy food, but still enough options to enjoy. We also had excellent hot water pressure in the bathroom

Cons:

The main downside was that the windows in the room did not open, so the room could feel stuffy, especially during a longer stay. The furniture was also a little worn

Fantastic for a short stop in Delhi
Pros:

It’s clean and quiet and the showers are hot. I loved the snacks and daytime staff we courteous.

Cons:

Slow WiFi and having to wait 40 minutes for loo paper.

Great location
Pros:

Really good location, lovely staff and we were well looked after.

Cons:

The rooms are a little outdated - it's like lots has gone into making the downstairs area and lobby modern but this doesn't match the rooms BUT they were clean and did the job

Pros:

The staff was lovely and very responsive. I also enjoyed the bright decor, the online chat feature, and room service.

Cons:

They did not have my reservation in their records when I arrived so I had to wait while they found me a room. Then the room that I received was on the first floor without a proper window and so was a bit dark and dreary. They also did not have any of the streaming platforms available on the TV in my room. Tried to download Prime Video but it wouldn't launch.

A few more non-Indian snacks that are cooked and safe to eat on the menu would also be great for anyone dealing digestive issues. I ended up just ordering the french fries again and again.
