Бесконтактный отель в Констанце.
Pros:

Большой номер, есть все необходимое. Для тех кто не боится бесконтактного обслуживания. Нам норм.

Cons:

Наш номер выходил на улицу, мы заехали вечером, было очень тихо. Утром стало шумно, движение достаточно интенсивное.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

Hello,

Here are a few things that bothered us during the stay:

- the shower drain is plugged and from the beginning we had to stop showering for 1 minutes to allow water to be drained to prevent overflowing if the tub.
- the shower makes a loud noise that is not nice if you want to relax.
- there is an insect sticker next to the window but this is completely full with insects. Please replace by a new one.
- yesterday on Tuesday night there was a technoparty downstairs and the music was so loud that we couldn’t sleep properly even while using the earplugs. This is not mentioned anywhere and I would not have booked this room knowing that.
- the door code on the 3rd floor does not work so everybody can enter the hallway of the hotel (even people who don’t stay here).

When contacted the hotel nobody answered and no contact was possible…

Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers und die Einrichtung ist ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Lage ist an einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Aber Ohrstöpsel werden vom Hotel bereit gestellt. Das Gebäude von außen ist nicht sehr einladend. Die Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden. An der Duschwand klebte ein langes schwarzes Haar. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Und ist für 100€ zu teuer.

Gute Lage, aber leider ein nicht funktionierender Self-Check-in und ein sehr enttäuschender Umgang mit der anschließende

Die Lage ist gut und das Konzept eines Self-Check-ins grundsätzlich sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Leider hat genau der beworbene Self-Check-in bei uns nicht funktioniert. Ich hatte bereits Wochen vorher angekündigt, dass wir erst nachts anreisen, und ausdrücklich nach dem PIN gefragt. Das Hotel bestätigte mir daraufhin schriftlich, der Code komme automatisch um 16 Uhr per SMS und wir würden bei einem späteren Check-in „keine Probleme haben“. In den Informationen zu unserer Buchung wurde der Check-in zudem bis 5:30 Uhr am Folgetag angegeben. Die angekündigte SMS kam jedoch nicht und der vorhandene Zugang funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Erst um 3:08 Uhr erhielten wir nach Kontaktaufnahme einen funktionierenden Code.

Noch enttäuschender war der anschließende Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde. Statt einer nachvollziehbaren Erklärung wurde uns vorgehalten, dass durch unsere Kontaktaufnahme ein Mitarbeiter außerhalb seiner Arbeitszeit „geweckt“ worden sei. Gleichzeitig wurde uns nachträglich ein Screenshot mit einer Check-in-Zeit bis 00:00 Uhr geschickt, obwohl uns zuvor schriftlich ein Check-in bis 5:30 Uhr mitgeteilt und unsere nächtliche Anreise ausdrücklich als unproblematisch bestätigt worden war. Eine einfache Entschuldigung und ein kundenorientierter Umgang mit dem Problem wären angemessen gewesen.

Wäre schön gewesen … aber nur ohne das Gewummere bis zum Aufstehen

Angenehmes, sauberes Zimmer, gut zu erreichen. Self Check-In klappt gut

Cons:

Es gab zwar den Hinweis, dass in dem Gebäude zwei Diskotheken/Clubs sind. Aber dass die Musik non stop bis morgens um 6:30 Uhr spielt, stand nirgends … an erholsamen Schlaf war daher nicht zu denken!

Comfortable stay but poor access.
Pros:

The room was spotless, quite spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Access to the hotel via a code. All rooms upstairs - perhaps it's converted student accommodation? 16:00hrs check in - when you're sent the code via WatsAp.
