Pros:

Bed was comfy. Location is strategic. Close to metro interchange and eateries but less touristy compare to nanjing east road. Staffs are polite too.

Cons:

There is no option for night light.

Very clean, modern and top quality

Cons:

Be prepared, the staff will only communicate in Chinese per App. It was very diffucult to get an invoice fot my business trip. Only with the help of Chinese friends I was able to get a simple invoice from the hotel

Great location & nice room!
Pros:

I have stayed in quite a few hotels in different areas, mostly in the city center & this is definitely one of the best so far. The location is amazing, right in the city center and super close to Metro Line 10. The street itself is also one of the nicest I have seen in Shanghai, especially compared to other central areas I have stayed in.

The room was clean and had a really nice view, which I appreciated a lot. The staff were very friendly as well. While their English isnt very sufficient, they were always supportive & did their best to help.

Definitely worth the money, highly recommended. I would love to come back on my next trip 👍

very good hotel!! i would stay here again!!
Pros:

clean, reasonable rate, VERY COMFORTABLE pillows and blanket (i love them)!!!

Cons:

not really a fault of theirs but it is about a 400m walk to the nearest subway exit. still an easy walk, just a personal preference to find a hotel that is a bit nearer.

Pros:

Район - чудесный, архитектура и инфраструктура вокруг - просто шикарные, транспортная доступность - прекрасная. Рядом культовые кофейни, все нужные магазины. В 2 км бесконечная набережная - бегуны оценят. Шторы создают такой blackout, что, просыпаясь утром, я не была уверена, что сейчас не глубокая ночь. Порадовало наличие у отеля своих дрип-пакетов с кофе и чаем. По-моему, это милый и важный шажок навстречу гостю.

Cons:

Раковина и фен не в ванной комнате, а в той же части номера, где находится кровать. Я это не поняла по фотографиям, но претензий к отелю тут нет, мне самой надо было смотреть внимательнее. Я не думала, что именно нам это будет неудобно. Если один человек проснулся раньше и даже не помыл голову, а просто чистит зубы, то невозможно не разбудить другого.
В лобби нет розеток (зарядить телефон вы сможете только в номере) и очень холодно. В день, когда мы заселялись, шел дождь. Чай нам предложили, но заряжать телефоны пришлось от пауэрбанков, а wi-fi начал работать только после регистрации и заезда в номер. Возможно, стоит продумать какой-то вариант гостевой розетки и временного wi-fi на первом этаже.

okay but need to be careful if you book with booking.com
Pros:

The location is good. Staff is helpful (the lady at front desk)

Cons:

There was the problem with booking.com and hotel. When we arrived, the hotel couldn't find the booking on the system. We wasted almost 4hours going no where only try to find solution of the booking room. We almost had to find the new hotel or no place to stay. However, the staff was very good and helpful. We eventually managed to get the rooms at the Atour but we paid 50% more expensive.
