Pros:

Staff at reception were incredibly helpful with assisting us to arrange a food delivery for our breakfast as we really wanted to try a particular restaurant

- Location is great for easy access to everything
- Short walk to the metro station

Cons:

- Problems with breakfast. It was supposed to be included in our booking but we were told it wasn’t
- Reception staff couldn’t speak English and didn’t seem interested in helping check us in
- Key card wasn’t reliable stopped working
- Room was nothing like the picture on Booking. It was much smaller and darker

♡Atour Xperience Like Home♡
Pros:

We like Atour X Hotel in Nanjing West Road because of it's great location.Spacious and aesthetic modern style of the room. Just near Wujiang Road and the place and surrounding is quite. Everything is just convenient and The Hotel service is awesome.They always clean the room and change room essentials almost everyday. Value for money and we look forward to stay in this hotel.☺💕

Cons:

What I didn't like is the "No Window" room...Would it be more nice if we have the window view. It's additional fee for the window type room. But overall, We love this Hotel and Staff at front desk were kind to assist us if you have something to ask.
