Mình rõ ràng được check in sớm mà 13h đến khách sạn đòi phụ thu 30%. Mượn thêm chăn cũng k cho mượn. Lúc nhận phòng thì sàn nhà bẩn nguyên. Ở thì xa trung tâm lắm luôn, mua bán gì cũng bất tiện

Everything! There is no breakfast offered, paid even, it was infested with giant cockroaches, there was hole in the corner of the wall behind the bathroom door where they came in from, this was room in no. 406! The staff asked for a huge fee on a towel saying that was spoiled and couldn’t be washed with their regular detergent, she then said either get it dry cleaned yourself or pay a hefty amount which was some 250k vnd per large towel. We were hesitant to use the towels thereafter thinking what they might charge us next. So be aware people!!
