Good location for a short stay
Pros:

The pool and garden were fantastic to spend afternoon at. The location was really good for getting to Santiago where there were bars and restaurants.

Cons:

There were no drinks at the property even though it said in the welcome book there was.

Pros:

Hidden gem in Camotes. Secluded and serene.

Cons:

Access is not the easiest (yet - an easier road is being built) and the island is not very developed so if you are coming to the island expect to just enjoy the facilities and what it offers. Not a luxurious bed (yet) nor feng shui layout (yet) but sufficient to stay a couple of days. That said, I'd still highly recommend it and would go back in a heartbeat. They do seem committed to improving and maintaining the place well so I'm not surprised if they improve things by the time I visit them again.

Pros:

undeniably the best place to atay in Camotes.
Feels like living in a beachfront Mansion.

there's a good beach in front and on the other side, and the place has a garden, idk it's just really good that we don't want to leave the property

Cons:

we had a minor problem with the shower but all goods cause the housetaker helped us and there's a bucket of water to use as alternative

Exceptional!
Pros:

Ate Mercy and Kuya Oppa - the caretakers were so kind and good to wait for us at the port waiting for almost 2H due to the delay of our fast craft trip from Cebu. The accommodation was exceptional and indeed superbly beautiful with amazing scenery of the outdoor pool, garden and the private beach access. We enjoyed our stay with our cave escapades and nature photography. In addition, there's an ATM just on the highway before entering the villa. Santiago Bay is also a 5 min motorbike ride. They have 2 pet dogs which are really cute and tamed.

Thank you for our wonderful stay at your villa - Martin and Mina.

Cons:

Everything is good, except there is no TV 😞 but I've got a laptop with me so it's fine.

Tout était parfait, la chambre est propre et fonctionnelle, climatisation, douche avec de l’eau chaude, fontaine d’eau potable… La piscine est incroyable avec la vue sur la mer. Le personnel est adorable.

Un petit coin de paradis
Pros:

Superbe accueil . Très propre et confortable.
Logement très calme.
Piscine , plage , restaurants et cafés proches .
Eau chaude , climatisation , fontaine à eau et réfrigérateur fonctionnel .
Literie et draps de lit et serviettes très propres ……
Vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix.
Je recommande fortement après avoir passé un mois et demi dans le pays ….

Great stay with fabulous people
Pros:

I had a great time at Mina's house. Without hesitation I was transferred to the nicest room they have, with a big private terrace and nice view. The room is equipped with a water cooler and hot water for coffee. Marcy and her husband were lovely and fulfilled every wish I had. Mina, the owner, helped me out in a embarrassing situation without giving me a bad feeling at all and without asking anything. Thank you again for a great experience staying with the most friendly people.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé le calme, la gentillesse du personnel et de la propriétaire Mina, la vue depuis la piscine a débordement et du jardin. Les petits déjeuners.
La location de scooter sur place
Ayant eu le temps de visiter d’autres établissements nous avons la quasi certitude que celui-ci est le plus entretenu de Camotes.

Cons:

Rien sur l’établissement en lui même mais les deux plages en contrebas sont malheureusement jonchées de déchets plastiques et un cimetière se situe entre les deux baies, la plupart des tombes ont été exhumées mais il reste des cercueils, tombeaux et plaques tombales ce qui nuit au charme de l’endroit

La chambre bien équipée, avec frigo et eau chaude et froide à volonté, le cadre charmant de la maison d’hôtes et du jardin, la jolie piscine avec un magnifique panorama sur la mer, et l’accueil parfait de Mercy et son mari.

Cons:

Les 2 chemins pour accéder aux restaurants de nuit sont sombres et peu engageants pour une femme seule, mais tout s’est bien passé.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, heißes Wasser und Kaffee vorhanden. Rollerverleih möglich und ein Abholservice vom Hafen mit dem liebevollen Gefährt von Oppa möglich. Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool. Privater Strandabschnitt. Mercey und Oppa, die Housekeeper sind Herzensmenschen, authentisch und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die beiden Haushunde haben das Bild abgerundet. Die Lage ist super🙏 Santiago Bay ist fußläufig erreichbar. Dort kann man was Essen, schaut bei D-Spot vorbei, dort wird wie bei Mama gekocht, einfach mit Liebe. Und die Besitzerin hat auch ein riesen Herz für Hunde und Katzen. Neben D-Spot findet man eine kleine Bar. J.P. der Besitzer ist ebenfalls sehr authentisch. Er liebt Metal und spielt in mehreren Bands. Und das wichtigste er hat ein riesen Herz für Tiere. Wer Lust hat Musik zu hören am Wochenende, kann zu Fuß zum Hostel an der Hauptstraße, dort spielt er als Schlagzeuger mit seiner Coverband. Hauptsächlich aber langsame 80er Musik.

Wenn wir nochmals auf die Phillipinen reisen, dann wissen wir, wo wir gut aufgehoben sind😉
