Excellent city-centre hotel
Pros:

Really nice, traditional city-centre hotel very close to the main station. Friendly staff, excellent room, good bed. About 20 minutes' walk from the old town.

Cons:

The cold drinks are much cheaper in the nearby supermarket!

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit tollen Dachgeschoss Zimmern
Pros:

Die Lage und abends der Ausblick vom Balkon zentral und mediterrán, 6.Stock, also kaum Lärm, freundliches und entgegekommendes Personal, Wassersprudler im Hotelentrée, man kann auf dem Balkon sitzen, essen und genießen

Das ich nur ein kleineres Zimmer mit Balkon nachbuchen konnte

Aanrader voor een citytrip naar Düsseldorf
Pros:

1) De locatie, heel centraal gelegen! Veel horecagelegenheden in de buurt. De vele Japanse/Aziatische toko's en restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het winkelgebied is ook goed en makkelijk te bereiken.
2) De vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

Cons:

1)Kleine lift. Er passen hooguit 2 personen in. Met grote drukte en veel koffers zou dit wel een probleem kunnen zijn. Maar ik had er gelukkig geen last van.
2) Sensorverlichting in het toilet op de kamer is niet zo fijn als het opeens donker wordt wanneer je stilzit.

Prima hotel voor een citytrip!
Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het hotel is heel netjes, en het ontbijt had voldoende keuzes.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt heel handig op 7 minuten lopen van het station, alleen is het een wat oudere en minder charmante buurt. In en rondom het station ook veel zwervers. En overal ligt afval op straat.

Sympathisch und zentral gelegen
Pros:

Gut erreichbar (ca. 5 Minuten vom Hbf entfernt), gepflegte Atmosphäre und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war bei fast 30 Grad sehr willkommen, der Balkon mit Blick über die Stadt ein Highlight. Komme gerne einmal wieder.

Отличная гостиница и персонал. Замечаний нет
Pros:

Мы уже в 3й раз снимаем эту гостиницу, когда приезжаем в Дюссельдорф. Отличное расположение, рядом с вокзалом, центром города и магазинами. Продовольственные магазины LIDL, EDEKA тоже недалеко. Очень вежливый услужливый персонал. Чистота. В вестибюле есть кофемашина и питьевая вода. Есть комната для временного хранения багажа после выписки из гостиницы. Можно купить завтрак, но мы не пользовались.

Cons:

К гостинице нет никаких претензий. Все отлично. Только вот на соседних улицах несколько грязно и замусорено. Мусор может валяться несколько дней.
