Receptionist lady was rude and not able to fix the service for which we have paid.
Pros:

Room Size was good. Night staff was good but morning receptionist lady was very rude.

Cons:

When connected to the receptionist lady for fixing the flush which was not working she straight forward said the please use bucket for flushing mannually. Which was a surprise. Also requested for extension for few hours as we checked in at midnight even ready to pay but she asked full day charges. When we have paid for full service but flush didn't work then what is meaning of pleasent stay in such hotel and such rude receptionist lady spoilt our day.

I was good. Could have been better if those amenities weren't missing.

My room didn't have slippers, intercom phone and dustbin in the bathroom, which was the only thing disappointing.
