room flouring ,bed, toilets are all damaged.
Nothing really. This is an honest opinion and is not to malign anyone. Highly overrated and below par
a. Staff service was highly unprofessional
b. Literally no room service (no drinking water served, no soap in bathroom)
c. Location was shabby, awkward and at least 12 kilometres from city market, mandir or ghats
d. Bed linens were torn and shabby
e. The overall hotel ambience was very ordinary.
No where near 8 rating as mentioned in booking.com. This was complete cheating for customers. Can at best qualify for a rating of 3 out of 10.
