Cons:

I was in the room with the balcony and three days i was fighting with ants invasion in the room. From the day one inasked for assistance in the issue. The staff was apologizing but did not do anything until i insisted on third day that someone at least vacuums them. I was literally stepping on ants all over the floor and collecting them with wet wipes. It was very annoying and unpleasant.

Friendly staff, but significant deficiencies in room equipment
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, konnten die bestehenden Probleme jedoch leider nicht lösen. Auch die direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit der Organisation führte zu keinem positiven Ergebnis.

Cons:

The following points severely impacted our stay:
Air Conditioning & Temperature: The air conditioning was unable to cool down the room. We had a constant room temperature of 28 °C.
Terrace & Privacy: The sun beats down directly onto the terrace, but no parasol was provided (even upon request). Furthermore, a greened partition was supposed to serve as a privacy screen to the neighboring terrace. However, these plants were dead, meaning there was effectively no separation from the neighbors, which we found very uncomfortable. As a result, the terrace was barely usable.
Bathroom Facilities: There was also an issue in the bathroom. Water gushed out in large quantities from above the shower head, and the sink faucet sprayed in all directions if turned on too high. As we found out on-site, this was already a well-known issue, yet it was unfortunately not fixed prior to our arrival.
Due to these deficiencies in equipment, we unfortunately cannot recommend the accommodation in its current state.

Pros:

Muy moderno, muy limpio y espacioso, buena iluminación y cuenta con un balcón, facil acceso, y siempre contamos con la ayuda del personal para todo lo que necesitabamos.

Cons:

El precio es elevado para lo que se ofrece pues su ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, pero supongo que es por ser una ciudad capital como zagreb, pero de resto estuvo muy bien.
