Pros:

We like the size of the room, beds were comfy and we were lucky to have Air con in our room. Staff were very nice and the area was very quiet too.

Wonderful location in Central Derby
Pros:

Fantastic location right in the Cathedral Quarter of Derby. Beautiful building. Very close to Bold Lane carpark, one of the ten most secure places on the planet! Although you can park outside the hotel if there is space. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Considering the beautiful entrance way and grand staircase, the rooms are quite basic. The reception team are not available through the night, and they don't clean and refresh rooms every day. However if you need extra towels or teabags you can ask on reception.

I’ll be back!
Pros:

The location and proximity of the Cathedral and city centre on foot.
The serene ambience of the hotel as soon as you step inside.
The courteousness of all the staff.
A modern well equipped en-suite bedroom with comfortable mattress and lovely rain shower.

Pros:

What a fabulous hotel. Amazing location in a lovely quiet street ... but in the heart of the town. The staff are SO friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This building is stunning inside and out, full of character as it used to be a police station years ago. It's now very boutique style, an absolute gem of a find! We will definitely be returning ❤️
