I liked everything.
Everything was brand new with top quality appliances and fixtures like Bosch and Duravit.
The beds were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on, including my own at home.
The washing machine was housed in a separate closet off the master bedroom, not in the kitchen which is so much better, plus it had drying capability which is a rare treat on vacation.
A Nespresso machine and a kettle were provided.
There was a lovely view from our lounge window of the sunset and of the castle which was particularly lovely at night. There were insect screens on all the windows, so it was possible to get fresh air without getting bitten.
The pool area was stylishly arranged with loungers and parasols, a squashy sofa and chairs, and a huge four poster ‘bed’ with drapes and a few tables and chairs. Ample pool towels were provided.
The hotel reception area smells amazing and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming.
There are several grocery stores, a fantastic bakery across the street and many great restaurants within easy walking distance.
Both the restaurant and the rooftop bar were not serving food and drinks during our stay for various reasons. It didn’t bother us, as we were free to take our own to the pool or sit in any of the beautifully furnished locations whenever we wanted and enjoy the views.
There is no elevator in the apartment building, only in the hotel building but the very willing staff helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure.
Some apartments face the busy road and others are quieter with better views but with more steps. All the 2bed 2bath apartments we saw, have a slightly different layout some with bigger kitchens, some with bigger lounge area, some duplex, but all identically furnished. We chose view, quiet and bedroom size as our priorities but the bathrooms were a little smaller.
There is no direct access from apartments to pool, restaurant and bar, you have to go via hotel reception. Only a possible issue if you have mobility problems.

Tivemos muitos problemas com acesso a acomodação, pois a fechadura eletrônica não funcionava. Precisou de intervenção do recepcionista o tempo inteiro.
The room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The pool and terrace was nice.
It would have been nice if the restaurant was open. Parking was sparse, we had to park far away. The front staff were not overly helpful.

Aunque te digan siempre "Of course" a todo luego nada de nada no hay parking habitaciones muy ruidosa en zona com mucho trafico no lo recomiendo.

Gebucht haben wir inklusove Frühstück. Auch eim kostenloses parkem wurde angeboten.
Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir die Information das es leider nicht mögöich ist am Hotel zu parken.
Hinter dem Hotel standen mind. 15 Paekplätze zur Verfügung.
Schlimmer jedoch das Handling mit dem Frühstück. Gebucht haben wir inklusive Frühstück ( weil es in den Bewertungen immer als besonders gut gelobt wurde.)
In Summe wurde uns am Morgen mitgeteilt, das es generell kein Frühstück mehr geben würde da das zugehörige Restaurant geschlossen ist.
Erstattung findet auch nicht statt, alsp Finger weg, Abzocke.
Loved everything about the property , staff very helpful , spotless clean and very comfortable . Will definitely stay again . Great location . We had the 1 bed deluxe apartment and would highly recommend this . Only little negative is if your booking would ask for a room away from the road as it’s a very busy road and can be very noisy till early hours in the morning .

Ena Hotel is located in a beautiful area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and offered a lovely view. I highly recommend it.
