Fantastisches Hotel mit traumhafter Anlage!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr gepflegten Hotel. Besonders begeistert hat uns die wunderschöne und weitläufige Grünanlage, die der gesamten Anlage eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre verleiht.

Entgegen einiger anderer Bewertungen haben wir uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt schlechter behandelt gefühlt, nur weil wir Halbpension gebucht hatten. Im Gegenteil: Das gesamte Personal war stets ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend – nie herablassend oder unfreundlich.

Die Poolanlage ist wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool war jederzeit sauber und gepflegt. Auch unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Es war großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und wurde sehr gründlich gereinigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die ausgesprochen freundlichen Zimmermädchen.

Die Animationen waren abwechslungsreich und gut durchdacht, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Auch das hoteleigene Gym und der Innenpool sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet.

Ein besonderes Plus war außerdem, dass wir etwas früher einchecken und sogar schon frühstücken durften – ein wirklich schöner und unkomplizierter Start in unseren Urlaub.

Insgesamt war es für uns ein fast perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft das Essen: Es könnte durchaus etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Nach dem fünften Tag konnten wir es langsam nicht mehr sehen. Das ist allerdings sicherlich Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Auch die Lage sollte man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Mit dem Auto oder Bus ist man in etwa fünf Minuten in Cala Ratjada. Im Ort selbst gibt es ansonsten nicht wirklich viel zu entdecken.

Pros:

La accesibilidad a la playa era increíble, estaba todo limpio y bien cuidado. Dan toallas para la piscina y playa y hay un montón de actividades. Las comidas están muy bien tambien.

Cons:

El jacuzzi del spa está frío y no apetece usarlo, el resto del spa está genial. Luego tambien estaría bien que la cena terminara más tarde, a las 21:30 ya han cerrado y es demasiado pronto.

Food in general was very good. Very clean.

Cons:

Being very specific, our bathroom was always flooded after shower, so had to put towels to dry out. Not very eco friendly. Some attention to details in the buffet: when natural yogurt run out, it was not replaced, not even in the following days. I had to ask for oats more than once because it wasn't in the buffet.

Moc pěkný hotel v klidné lokalitě. Skvělé snídaně a večeře, každý večer jiný výběr jídla. Personál byl příjemný a nápomo

Dobrze ale mogło być lepiej

Animatorzy pierwsza klasa . W żadnym hotelu się tak nie ubawiliśmy . Zejście do plaży i miły personel

Szkoda że nie ma toalety bliżej basenu . Wzięliśmy apartament my favorite club i liczyliśmy na coś więcej . Mieliśmy dwa tv które miały wyłącznie niemieckie kanały , jeden tv tylko obsługiwał aplikację Netflix itp ale te aplikacje nie działały . Pomimo że był dwa razy technik żeby to naprawić więc wielkie rozczarowanie że przy najdroższym pakiecie w hotelu , filmy musieliśmy oglądać na telefonach 😕 barek który był dopełniany to praktycznie same słodkie napoje z alkoholu tylko piwo dwie małe puszki . Próbowałam się skontaktować przez booking z hotelem by nam zamówili prywatny transfer z lotniska i przygotowali nam coś specjalnego w pokoju bo to była nasza podróż poślubna . Zero odpowiedzi od hotelu nic nie zorganizowali . Musieliśmy brać autobus i jechać do hotelu 2,5 godziny .🤦‍♀️

Vista maravilhosa, limpeza, simpatia dos funcionários, comida.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionava.
Ter ficado num quarto ao lado dos arrumos de limpeza,com algum barulho pela manhã.
As portas dos quartos deviam ser mais bem isoladas.

Tre giorni di passaggio tra Minorca ed Ibiza di relax

Buona posizione, con bel rooftop, ricca colazione e cena buffet internazionale di buona qualità.

Cons:

La piscina molto affollata ma l’hotel se completo ospita moltissime persone per cui negli spazi esterni dedicati alla piscina e alla spiaggia i posti sono insufficienti per garantire una buona privacy. Noi abbiamo sopperito rinunciando alla spiaggia e privilegiando le jacuzzi sul rooftop e siamo stati benissimo. 👍

Pros:

The view and location

Cons:

The way they give a 1 plastic cup to carry with you the whole day for everything. Like kids. We don’t drink alcohol they never replaced the coffee in the room once after cleaning, we had to ask every time.
2 lifts was out of order and we had to wait in a queue every day for the lifts.
Will never go to that hotel again.
Mattresses old.
