We had a very good stay at the Panama Marriott Hotel. The location was definitely one of the biggest highlights. Being directly connected to Albrook Mall made shopping, dining and getting around extremely convenient. We especially enjoyed having Starbucks and Sushi Nation right there in the mall, which became two of our favorite convenient stops during the stay.
Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was good. The gym was another great convenience, and our children especially enjoyed the pool and the open outdoor area, where they could relax and have some fun.
Overall, the location and amenities are the strongest points of this hotel. Having Albrook Mall, restaurants, coffee, shopping, the pool and gym all within easy reach made our stay comfortable and very convenient.
Our only small inconvenience was that housekeeping sometimes came abit late, when we had already returned and wanted to relax. An earlier room refresh would have been more convenient, but overall it did not take away from our enjoyable stay.

It was not a bad experience but my only disappointment is that they over charge me. They did not honor the rates I got when I booked through booking.com. When I question the overpayment of over USD2,800.00 that was deducted from my credit card they say its a Retention charge and that upon checking out the amount would immediately be reimbursed upon checking out. However, I have check out since August 21st and upto today August 25th no reimbursement was made to my card. This is very disappointing and irregular. Because in the future I might not be using booking.com ever again.

La atención del personal. Mi madre se sintió mal y fueron muy diligentes en atenderla y llamarle una ambulancia para que los médicos la revisaran directamente en la habitación. Por fortuna no fue nada grave.
El desayuno no estaba incluido en la tarifa y nos pareció algo costoso.
Location of the hotel was very good accessible to the Albrook shopping mall
The room felt damp and smells like damp also, the hotel staff was able to remedy that by adding a dehumidifier in room and one out in the hall way. After that it was good the bathroom and shower was all good the water pressure wa good they do provider a hairdryer and and iron for your clothes if you needed one.
The breakfast was pretty decent, the egg station was a wait.
