Great location, great value for money
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment- great location, not far from the check in desk, and within 5 minutes from Skanderbeg square, Bunkart, and Blloku. Great to have a balcony to relax at as well. Bed very comfortable, and WiFi and A/C working well.

The check in process was very professional, and we could leave our bags at the central reception before and after our stay, which was great.

Cons:

Although fully functional, some furniture is a bit worn down. (Ie cupboard slightly broken, no hook to hang up shower head, not a lot of cutlery / plates / pans etc). Doesn't really impact your stay if you're not cooking, but would be easy and cheap to fix- with a much better perception to guests

Pros:

Velká postel, velké prostory skvělý personál

Cons:

V koupelně nefungovalo světlo u zrcadla, sprchová hlavice byla vypadlá a nalomená, takže voda byla úplně všude, po chvíli tam byla úplná potopa. Některé zásuvky byly vypadlé.

Even if it says Budget Retreat, the conditions shouldn't be this low.
Pros:

The location was very close to the city center

Cons:

First of all, the WiFi wasn't working at all. The bathroom was very small other than the posted pictures
It was a really bad smell of cigarettes when we entered the room
The furniture was broken, especially the side of the bed and the coffee table
The tv wasn't working at all, it doesn't had any signal.

was extremely difficult to find and get in property...they didnt give me an address only a link and a video....which won't work without data working

apartment not clean..kitchen sink leaks with bucket underneath...no blinds

also I booked 2 rooms and they put us i separate properties...not acceptable

Horrible.

Cons:

We were not satisfied at all. We were given the deluxe room. The room lacked basic hygiene and safety. The bathroom ceiling was fully molded, the air conditioning was very bad and the room was very clearly dirty. They refused to give us a room change when we asked for one. The room given us was also not in the hotel but in a different apartment building’s roof. While we were leaving, there was no one in the reception for us to check out with. The photos were very clearly catfish.
