Guests are kindly asked to park their cars at large car park with can be accessed by 7 minutes walk from the property. Limited payable parking spaces can be find near the property. Map with the parking locations will be provided to guest directly by the property self check-in instructions.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Excellent location to evening in the old town from the castle and royal mile to grassmarket and short walks to holyrood palace, Arthur's seat, and the new town. Very safe with the multiple doors and great for a short stay.

Cons:

Smaller room and no frills on the bedding and bathroom. Stairs for walk up we're difficult with bags, and no parking nearby for cars.

The stairs are worth the stay! Couldn’t have picked a better place! Will be back!

Amazing location, can't be beat really. The room was good and comfortable and the shower worked well.

Após tantos anos usando o Booking, foi a primeira vez em que me enganei com o anúncio e a acomodação não correspondeu ao que eu havia compreendido. Apesar de não ter nada de muito errado com o quarto, houve uma supresa, com quebra da expectativa inicial, por se tratar de apenas um quarto, dentre outros independentes, e não de um hotel ou pousada. Sendo minha primeira vez em Edimburgo, também não havia entendido que não seria possível chegar em veículo até a entrada e que a região é bastante barulhenta, inclusive durante a madrugada. Tudo isso somente ficou mais claro com as instruções para check-in, na véspera, e as informações de usuários no Google, com muitos comentários negativos, justamente, sobre a imprecisão do anúncio.

Edinburg Merkezinde Konaklama İmkanı

Edinburg'un ennn hareketli ve merkezi caddesi üzerinde konaklama imkanı... Her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Merkezi olması sebebiyle çok rahat ettik.

Cons:

Asansör mevcut değil, bu bilgiyi biliyorduk ancak merdivenlerde biraz zorlandık valizlerimizin ağırlığı sebebiyle. Biraz daha hijyenik olabilirdi.

Kaum hatten wir die Unterkunft gebucht, haben wir eine riesen Nachricht erhalten mit allen Infos, Regeln etc. was uns ein bisschen abgeschrekt hat. Keine Gepäckaufbewahrung. Die Dusche, es kam fast kein Wasser. Leider stimmt hier für uns das Preis-Leistunsgsverhältniss nicht.

The stay was amazing, the apartment was nice, it was spotless.

The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The WiFi barely worked the whole time we where there, which was disappointing. The access to the room was dreadful trying to get a suitcase up and around the staircase. We hired a car and with no parking at or near the property it cos £25 a night to park it in a secure car park.

Cozy stay in the heart of Edinburgh

La ubicación es espectacular, justo en el casco antiguo. La llegada es relativamente sencilla. El edificio es muy antiguo, uno viaja a la edad media al estar ahí. Gran punto a favor: tiene máquina lavarropa :)

Cons:

No hay nada que no me haya gustado, solamente advertir que si vas con maletas grandes, o un coche de bebé, toca caminar por calles empinadas, escaleras, y el hotel también tiene una escalera. Pero ojo, todo eso está claro en la publicación, por lo que no fue una sorpresa.

Meget nem check-in - der medfulgte en grundig vejledning. Meget central beliggenhed - dog skal man være opmærksom på, at der er rigtig meget larm fra The Royal Mile, også efter midnat.
Værelset fremstod slidt fraset vægge og loft, der virkede nymalet.

I left a bag with my expensive things in it. I called immediately and was told that they would check it when the new guest left. I called again and explained to the manager that I had not used public transportation, I was in my car and I remember exactly where I left my bag. I asked them to check the cameras, to which they said that there are no cameras in the entrance! And they insulted me. This is disrespectful to the guest. Estafa!!!
Pros:

El alojamiento es una estafa. Reservamos una habitación superior con vistas a royal mile. Llegamos y no funcionaban las llaves, llamamos y nos dejaron 30 minutos en la calle. Nos bajaron a una habitación inferior con vistas a un patio. Una cama horrible, olor a humedad, un ambiente raro, llaves tiradas por el suelo.. les digo que me reembolsen la diferencia de precio y de repente me dicen que me reembolsan y que me vaya, digo que no ( 4 noches). De repente llegamos y vemos un cartel pegado en la puerta diciendo que el propietario anterior está explotando ilegalmente el negocio y que actualmente no tienen licencia para tener huéspedes y que nos tenemos que marchar. De repente sin explicaciones booking me reembolsa el dinero, cambia la teserva para una noche y me dejan en la puta calle sin que nadie me diga vete o qué está ocurriendo pero temiendo irnos y que nos cambien la clave con nuestras cosas dentro ya que en la reserva la cambian a 1 noche ( la que habíamos pasado). Búscate la vida a las 20 h de la tarde y busca 3 noches más y gástate otra pasta mientras te reembolsan
Tengo el papel guardado y todos los mails diciendome que el check in está correcto, que nos esperan, las instrucciones para entrar y todo.
No os fiéis!!
