Guests are kindly asked to park their cars at large car park with can be accessed by 7 minutes walk from the property. Limited payable parking spaces can be find near the property. Map with the parking locations will be provided to guest directly by the property self check-in instructions.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The worst experience I’ve had on booking.com
Pros:

The location was great but the property doesn’t mention the staircase which would be very problematic for older visitors or a family

Cons:

The listing doesn’t represent the property as it uses photos from other properties they have. They also lied, it’s not suitable for 4 people it’s a studio apartment with a disgusting sofa bed (stains hidden by blanket) with a mouldy bathroom. Staff promised a cot bed but never delivered and their communication was rude and unhelpful

It was okay, I have stayed in Edinburgh at nicer places for less than the price…

Location was great and reasonably priced

Cons:

The fold out sofa bed was WILDLY uncomfortable, so were the pillows. Usually the sofa beds are made prior to arrival but this one wasn’t. There were a few other things… such as no batteries in one remote, the carpet hasn’t been finished near the fire place which isn’t ideal and it was quite noisy from down below. I asked about where the closest laundromat is and received directions to one 15 mins walk away, only to find out the business was no longer there.

Ottima posizione e ottimi i servizi. Molto spaziosa la camera. Trovi tutto per la colazione.

Il pavimento un po' rimediato scricchiola ad ogni passo e le scale a chiocciola non hanno un corrimano d'appoggio. È stato un po' difficoltoso l'arrivo ed entrare in possesso della camera. Ma tutto risolto in poco tempo.

La nostra permanenza è stata fantastica! Dall’accoglienza calorosa con istruzioni complete e chiare per il check-in al check-out, tutto è stato gestito con cura e attenzione. L’appartamento era spazioso e impeccabilmente pulito, pozione eccellente!
