Took 10+ minutes to identify my reservation. They even asked me if the hotel I booked is in fact this property. What a shame.

Worth the price
Pros:

Overally, it's a good experience. Only two down points during my two days stay, which is during the checkin, they can't find the booking that I made from hotels.com and cause me to wait for about 15 mins before I get my room's access card. Another one is the access card that need to be renewed on daily basis according to the service manager as I can't access my room on my 2nd day in the hotel.
