Sehr modern und sauber, aber teuer
Pros:

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Da unser Flug erst am Abend ging, durften wir nach dem CheckOut auch weiterhin die Hotelanlage nutzen und sogar noch im Spa-Bereich duschen und uns auf den langen Flug vorbereiten.

Cons:

Die Preise im Hotel für Essen und Trinken sind sehr hoch. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat war, dass man auch für Schnorchelausrüstung und ähnliches Miete zahlen musste - Das war in anderen Hotels anders.

Hotel extremamente bonito e com ótima infraestrutura. Atendimento muito prestativo.

Le paraître plutôt que la qualité. Une grosse déception.

La vue de la chambre est le point fort de l’hôtel
La chambre est spacieuse et la literie est bonne

Cons:

Un 5 étoiles qui n’en a clairement pas le niveau.

Une véritable usine à touristes où la rentabilité semble primer sur l’expérience client. Odeurs de remontées d’égouts nauséabondes dans certaines chambres — au point que nous avons dû demander à changer — mais aussi à proximité de la piscine.

Le personnel est souriant certes, mais le service manque cruellement d’attention : on a surtout le sentiment que tout est fait pour faire consommer.

La nourriture est, elle aussi, très décevante : beaucoup de choix, mais sans goût ni qualité.

En résumé : beaucoup d’infrastructures, du neuf, du spectaculaire… mais aucune âme et une expérience client très en dessous de ce que l’on attend d’un 5 étoiles.

Piece of heaven in Flores
Pros:

Everything! From the location, facilities, staff and food, you cannot make a better choice in Flores! We had the most amazing and relaxing stay, with amazing views over the bay and cannot wait to be back!

Amazing Resort - Stayed in an overwater villa which was absolutely amazing.

Goede kamers, scam op het gebied van alle andere faciliteiten

- mooi hotel
- vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Ze vragen veel geld voor alle extra’s:
- taxi via hotel is dubbel zo duur als gewone taxi
- voor boot tour geboekt via het hotel zeggen ze dat soft drinks inclusief zijn in de prijs maar achteraf hebben we er wel moeten voor bijbetalen
- er was slechts een halve centimeter gin in de gin tonic, terwijl die wel veel geld kostte

Absolutely amazing - an excellent resort stay in!
Pros:

This is a gorgeous resort. Everyone is always smiling, friendly, and willing to help. The room was spacious, clean, with a beautiful view. Breakfast had an amazing spread - I am vegetarian and they had one of the chefs tell me what was vegetarian. So many options, even to try Indonesian food too. I would dream to come back to this place.

The staff helped me with getting a taxi as needed or advice or things to do. But the property is so beautiful I did not want to leave. I could fine different areas to relax, whether on a swinging bench at the end of the boardwalk or by the any of the multiple pools.

Pros:

L’unico Hotel degno della sua categoria in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Indonesia! Struttura con tutti i confort e servizi, staff professionale e disponibile

Cons:

Nella nostra stanza non funzionava il telecomando della Tv e il soffione della doccia non era fissato bene alla parete, ma sono intervenuti e hanno risolto entrambi i guasti in 10 minuti
