Cons:

niet echt iets. wifi kon sneller. uitzicht is prachtig maar geen echt strand of snorkel bestemming. geen probleem als je dit elders op programma hebt staan.

Sehr schöner Ausblick, sehr freundliches Personal, scönes und modernes Zimmer. Hatten die Bootstour gebucht welche zu empfehlen ist.

Cons:

Wir mussten ca. 30min warten, bis wir beim Check in dran kamen.
Frühstück sehr vielfältig und gut, aber geschmacklich noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Pros:

Amazing facilities, comfortable beds, lovely rooms, great views. Very helpful stuff and excellent breakfast with so many choices. Both restaurants and bars served really good food and drinks for lunches and dinners as well.

Cons:

One of things that I truly hated is the use of plastic straws. They use plastic straws wrapped in plastic. I think it's absolutely unacceptable nowadays. When we were in Bali in good restaurants, they were providing straws made out of rice and covered in paper. We did bring up that issue with management. I hope that they will remove plastic straws because there is plenty of rubbish in the ocean already. Even in this resort they were cleaning waters regularly.

They allow smoking in one part of the restaurant. Given that it is one large area, it is not nice at all.

Be aware that for absolutely everything in the resort, you will be added 20% on the top of the price stated in the menu, for spa options or any other activities. Taxes and service charges. I do not like hidden fees, they should be showing the final prices. But, of course, you might be reconsidering your options then.

Another drawback was difficulties finding cars if you needed them urgently. The driver who we organized airport transfers with stood us up, and from the hotel that it was almost impossible to find anything when we needed to catch our flight. Very stressful indeed.

Overall very recommended for a great and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Clean and very nice hotel, above average in the area. One of the best breakfast I had in Indonesia, so much good choice. The swimming pools are great and the balcony of the rooms as well. Amazing view.

Cons:

A bit overpriced for Labuan Bajo.
