It was not like the picture
The water was very dirty and lot of waste and garbage🤢
I was expecting to jump into the water from the room

Pochi lettini rispetto al numero di ospiti, personale lento e incompetente. Attesa lunghissima per checkin. Carissimo. Mare molto brutto e sporco ma questo in tutta la città
L’établissement est magnifique. On a une vue sur la mer depuis n’importe quelle chambre, et pile face au coucher de soleil le soir. Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour. Malgré la taille de l’établissement, il y a toujours de la place pour se poser autour de l’une des trois piscines. Les restaurants étaient également très bons et les prix n’étaient pas exorbitants pour l’endroit.

C’est familial donc les abords des piscines sont bruyants, il est difficile de profiter de sa tranquillité.

As soon as we arrived for our check in, we were informed that the room we had booked was meant to be on the 7th floor but there is only an available one on the first floor with less views for the time being.
Staff let us know that the room on the 7th floor would be ready in about half an hour, so we decided to have lunch at the restaurant while waiting for it.
An hour and a half later, and way past the check in time, we returned to the reception only to be informed that the room is still not ready and they don’t know when it will be prepared.
Given the price of the hotel and that we only had 1 night in Labuan Bajo and we wanted to spend some time in the island in the afternoon, this was really frustrating and we ended up taking the room that was ready with no offer from the staff to do anything about the situation.
A 5 star experience in Labuan Bajo! We stayed the night after returning from our boat cruise, amazing place to relax after a busy trip. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast had so many choices and eating it looking over the pool and ocean was spectacular.
Only two people checking in a large number of people, so many others waiting with a welcome drink. We were supposed to have our room at 3 and it was close to 3.30 when it was ready. All good, we enjoyed the views.
This hotel exceeded already high expectations. We had an ocean view deluxe king and I would come back over and over again for that view alone. Tge room is very luxurious, the amenities are top class with infinity pool, a separate kid’s pool and a third pool from where you can enter the sea. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. You have two ocean view restaurants and they offer water activities on site like kayaking or paddle boarding during which you can enjoy the sunsets.
It was a DREAM stay and this review doesn’t do it justice!!

El entorno me gustó mucho, tenía muy buenas vistas.
La habitación era nueva.
Un entorno inmejorable.
El personal del restaurante muy simpática y hospitalaria.
En cuanto a las habitaciones el baño olían mal…
Por otro lado el personal de recepción que nos asesoró, no lo hizo de la mejor forma y omitió alguna información con respecto a las excursiones.
Una de las excursiones que hicimos “ Rangko Cave” fue en unas condiciones inhumanas de las cuales no se nos advirtió de cómo era, en qué consistía y los posibles percances que podían ocurrir debido a la baja marea.
Tuvimos que
descalzos por una playa llena de latas, y basura ( sin saber dónde pisabas) para poder llegar a una “barca” flotante hecha con corcho y reforzada con cuerdas en la que íbamos unas 8 personas sentadas; todo para llegar al barco de madera que nos llevaría hasta la cueva.
Y una vez allí, lo mismo.
No la recomiendo, y mi consejo es que os expliquen bien las excursiones.
Luego el hotel nos recompensó con alguna actividad… tras el percance tan malo que tuvimos.

Ore di attesa al Check in. Poi la stanza non era pronta dopo le 15. Personale di rara inefficienza, lenti disattenti e diffidenti. Personale aggressivo sugli asciugamani da spiaggia e sui pagamenti. Hotel molto mal gestito nel complesso.
Incredible!! Service, views, food, hotel rooms and the staff were ALL INCREDIBLE. The staff were the real stand out, they went over and beyond for you, they made a massive impact on us.

Migliorabile la qualità del cibo a colazione e a cena.
