L’unico Hotel degno della sua categoria in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Indonesia! Struttura con tutti i confort e servizi, staff professionale e disponibile

Nella nostra stanza non funzionava il telecomando della Tv e il soffione della doccia non era fissato bene alla parete, ma sono intervenuti e hanno risolto entrambi i guasti in 10 minuti

Katamaran Resort Komodo is simply spectacular. The location, views and overall setting are breathtaking, and it was one of the most memorable places we visited during our trip.

We were celebrating my sister’s anniversary, and the hotel prepared a beautiful decoration for the occasion, which was a lovely and thoughtful surprise.

Unfortunately, during our stay we experienced a strong earthquake. Despite such an unusual and frightening situation, the staff remained remarkably calm, attentive and professional. They immediately took care of the guests, providing us with water and food and checking on us constantly to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable.

Their response during such a difficult and unexpected situation really stood out to us. It showed not only excellent hospitality, but genuine care for their guests.

Apart from that unfortunate incident, our stay was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend the resort to anyone visiting Komodo.

Moment magique.
Pros:

Bien situé en face de la mer avec de belles installations. Chambre très propre et super literie. Belles piscines. Personnel très a l'écoute et toujours souriant. Restaurant au 8ème de très bonne qualité.

Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, we had a very disappointing experience regarding the boat booking. We had paid the full amount for our son’s booking in advance, but unfortunately, he became ill and was unable to take part in the activity. He had apparently caught whatever illness he had after dinner the previous evening. Despite the fact that he was unable to participate and that we had met the minimum requirement to go ahead with the booking, the hotel did not cancel or refund his booking, and we were charged the full amount. they propose us a very small saving...

Pros:

Das Personal macht hier den grossen Unterschied. Die vielen Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen sind sehr zuvorkommend und begegnen jedem mit einem Lächeln. Das Frühstück mit der riesigen Auswahl übertrifft ebenfalls alle Erwartungen. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Wer grosse Hotels mit Komfort (aber dafür mit weniger Charakter und Charme) liebt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Geweldig resort!
Pros:

Echt een geweldig resort. Het resort is ontzettend mooi & schoon. Je kan zien het nog nieuw is. Het klopt van A-Z. Personeel is fantastisch. Er zijn veel bedjes beschikbaar bij de zwembaden & het eten is enorm lekker. Echt een aanrader!!!

Das Hotel ist erst seit 2014 geöffnet und dementsprechend in gutem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Die ganze Anlage wird gut gepflegt. Sehr höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Avevo La villa sull’acqua con vista tramonto devono avere più privacy sulla terrazza perché da ambo i lati ti possono vedere tutti sia dal pontile che dalla acqua…metterei delle paratie anche con piante. Personale sempre gentile magari alcuni ancora inesperti. La tavoletta del wc si staccava e quando mandavano qualcuno per aggiustarla la fissava solamente ad incastro e quindi il problema si ripresentava. Spiaggia praticamente assente
