Our plug didn’t work in our bath, they came to fix it but just removed it, so we couldn’t use the bath

La atención y amabilidad del personal
Habitación poco práctica
La ubicación es excelente, el barrio está lleno de restaurantes, tiendas y de transporte. El edificio es una maravilla modernista, con la fachada y la recepción super bonita. Todo el interior tiene encanto. El personal es agradable y rápido. La habitación es amplia y la cama muy cómoda.
La habitación no está a la altura de un GL. Esa categoría se nota en los detalles, un pequeño hierro saliente en una mesita con el que me corté, una cadena de WC que tenías que apretar y muy fuerte, dos veces para que funcionara, los cables de la tv saliendo de la canaleta, un cristal de la bañera con un corte,l... son detalles pero cuando pagas GL, eso no es aceptable.
Excelente, tudo muito limpo e sempre que pedi para ir ao apartamento para alguma manutenção, fui atendido rapidamente

The rooms are very clean and the hotel is very central. The house keeping do a very good job in the upkeep of the room.
We didn’t like the attitude of certain staff at the door and during breakfast. The people hardly smile and its like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
