Per lavoro in La Spezia è ideale.
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

Manca un bar o almeno c’era sulla carta ma forse per colpa di qualcuno …., manca la possibilità di cenare se non si è prenotato con la mezza-pensione.

Czystość pokoju i widok z balkonu oraz tarasu na ostatnim piętrze. Bardzo sympatyczny personel.

Cons:

Organizacja śniadań. Notoryczny brak sztućców i produktów. Jajecznia nie nadawała się do jedzenia. Produkty bardzo słabej jakości. Zamiast filiżanek, papierowe kubki.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal muy amable. La limpieza e instalaciones muy buenas. Si bien el desayuno no es variado se puede decir que es aceptable.

Busstation nicht weit entfernt.

Cons:

Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Parkplätze zwar öffentlich, kostenfrei an der Straße , doch man wird extrem zugeparkt.
Lackschäden durch ausparkende/ einparkende Autos sind wohl normal in Italien.😕
