Beautiful large apartment, nicely decorated, looks like everything is modern and newly installed. Providing an ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom. . Very clean. Everything inside that you might need. Soft towels provided. Really comfortable beds and a great big sofa to stretch out on. The host Duane met us at the apartment to let us have the code to get into the room. He changes the room codes for every guest so you can feel secure. He is friendly and very helpful and came to meet us promptly after we had phoned him to let him know that the email with the information had not arrived to my phone. Great benefit of being able to park on the roof as the apartment is right in the centre of the beach front area of Great Yarmouth. There is a lift to all floors which is fantastic as it makes it so much easier to deal with luggage, and to get back to the apartment after traipsing around all day. Great value for money I will definitely recommend this accommodation. It was very quite in the apartment which surprised me as we were right over amusements etc.

This didn't bother us but
The apartment block is above a club ( so we got home from a wedding at 1am and it was still going) like I said it didn't bother us, fortunate good sleepers ;)
Seagulls bloody noisy in the morning but to be expected by the seaside
It was close to the beach.
The apartment was not clean. There was a lot of hair on the bed, and the bathroom was also dirty, with hair scattered all over the place. The bed linen was also dirty and stained.

The location was brilliant with on site car parking.
Rooms are spacious and clean
Location is great perfect for the beech and shop's . This is our second time here we have now stayed in apartments 3 and 8 both apartments was spacious with everything you needed. The owner is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment, felt very secure and safe...definitely would stay again
Could not get shower hot, but could be me.. but in blistering heat it was nice having a cool shower, stains on toilet seat but overall cleanliness was excellent
Clean
The car park is up a slope. Keypad entry to get in, no instructions to get out. Stuck behind the gate for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come the other way. Owner didn’t answer call, voicemail or messages. As far as he’s concerned we are still there.

Didn’t realise apartment was above a nightclub which kept whole family awake till three in the morning with thumping music

stayed a few times and love it......however this was first time over a weekend and noise from nightclub kept us awake......especially as it was boiling and had to have windows open!! so Sunday to Thursday 10 out of 10......Friday and Saturday sadly a 3
Convenient for the pier and promenade.
Windows open due to hot weather meant that we could hear all the noise from bar below.
Wonderful apartments ,well presented ,clean .Lift to floors broke down one day ,but was working again within hours.Two bathrooms,1 on suite.
We never actually met any staff or owner , entrance by buzzer , and room was key safe ,building was part resedential ,
Very clean apartment with private parking and could not be closer to the main centre.
The showers were very hit and miss especially if 2 used at same time. The ensuite shower would not warm up however, was a very warm day and therefore a clod shower was not unwelcomed.
What is not to like, great view comfortable clean and quiet
Excellent location on the seafront, with carpark. The apartments are bright and large, comfy beds and very clean
If we had been trying to cook a meal in the apartment we would have struggled with the lack of equipment in the kitchen. There were 2 pans and a frying pan but no dishes for cooking things in the oven for example.

We loved that the host met us upon check in and gave us all the info and help we needed. The property was massive, spacious. Perfect location, easy access and off street parking. We will be back!
