Great scenery, quiet sleep and a hearty breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel terrace has a great view, the same as in the promotional photo. Breakfast is the most satisfactory meal of my trip to Turkey. The room is spacious, clean and tidy.It was especially quiet, and there was no sound of the minaret at night.The ventilation system is so good that we need to turn on the air conditioner to keep warm at night in late June.

Cons:

The street in front of the hotel is not spacious, the parking space is a bit narrow, and the end of the street is a broken road, which means you need to turn around when you go out.If you drive a large vehicle to reach the hotel, you may need to park your car in a nearby parking lot and walk a few minutes to reach the hotel.

Ottimo soggiorno in cappadocia
Pros:

Posizione ottima, personale super disponibile, vista meravigliosa sul castello di Uçhisar, vicino al centro ma in una via tranquilla, accesso diretto al complesso del castello.

Cons:

Da rivedere il sistema della colazione (che viene servita al tavolo con moltissime proposte dolci e salate che comunque sono molto buone) perché troppo cibo viene sprecato.

Perfect for Hot Airbaloon viewing from the comfort of your room!
Pros:

We absolutely loved this place, we had a room with a balcony and fantastic views of Fairy chimneys, hot air balloons early in the morning, fabulous breakfast and really helpful and friendly staff (especially Vahap!) Comfortable bed and overall it was a great stay. Without a question we would definitely stay here again. Location was great, on other side of the chimneys there are views of hot air balloons flying over Goreme and about 30 minute walk to Love Valley.

The property is in an amazing location, Right next to Ushcar Castle. It also has amazing, magical views. They staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we felt very safe.

Cons:

Hard to say, but my only complaint was our room did not have a window so it was very dark and hard to gauge when it was night/morning. But I did sign up to sleep in a cave!

Sehr schönes Hotel, atemberaubende Landschaft und Aussicht.
Pros:

Alles war so wie wir uns es erhofft hatten, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren wie auf den Bildern groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Gefühl in einer Höhle zu übernachten war mal was ganz neues.
Die Aussicht war mega, man schaut auf die Burg und morgens sieht man auch die Ballons was uns sehr gut gefiel da man nicht extra wo anders hinfahren musste. Man hat auch eine super Sicht wenn man hinter die Burg geht. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend man kann vieles erkunden und alles aus nächster Nähe entdecken. Das Frühstück war großzügig gestaltet abwechslungsreich und es war von allem etwas dabei so wie man es in der Türkei gewohnt ist. Wir würden jeder Zeit nochmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

I want to share my experience so that other people don’t fall for this scam. The hotel is well located, but it is in terrible condition. The rooms have a strong mold smell, sand was falling onto the bed, the bathroom was clogged, and the room heater did not work — especially during a very cold period.

In addition, the staff were not friendly, except for one young man who worked at the café and was very polite.

I did not enjoy the experience. For the high price we paid for the stay, the minimum I expected was a room that matched the promised standard. We deserve better, and unfortunately that was not delivered.
