Прекрасные новые апарты в центре за приемлемую цену
Pros:

Потрясающее соотношение цена-качество, вы такое редко где найдете. Чистые новые апарты! А я очень придирчива к чистоте, загляну везде. Месторасположение -- самый центр, рядом отели Москва и Белград. Чувствовала себя безопасно. Персонал стремился помочь со всеми просьбами

Cons:

Очень не хватало столовых приборов по минимуму, нет ножа, тарелок, так что приготовить себе завтрак было проблематично. Персонал стремился найти требуемое, но в здании этого не было. Также было бы неплохо выносить мусор из номеров: я была 5 ночей, мне пришлось просить вынести мусор, вынесла в итоге сама)

Pros:

The room was clean, had a lot of additional items (robes, iron, dental kits, etc). The location is extremely central. In general, I am very satisfied by the hotel. There are a few downside, though.

Cons:

I believe a check-in and check-out procedure can be improved. I have not noticed when booking that check in is until 10pm and checkout has a one hour window. I felt really bad when checking in at 9pm because I realised that the reception waited for us to finish the work.
There were also a few loose screws (a tap moving too much, bathroom door hinges loose, etc)
Finally, we stayed over a weekend when they had a Pride parade. Check for road closures before you go, because basically the police blocked the street where this hotel is situated and did not let us in the zone from app. 3 pm until 7 pm even though we were trying to explain that we are tourists who need to go to a hotel on this street just one building away! This apparently was not announced properly even to the Serbians, who were standing there angry as well, but at the end we got to the hotel through some back entrances with the help and hints of the locals.
