Excellent location, cleanliness and staff
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located, clean and tidy, with excellent customer service from the staff. Would 100% stay here again if I was visiting Belgrade.

Harika konumlu ve modern bir otel, ancak check-in konusunda daha esnek olabilir.
Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Ana caddenin üzerinde yer almasına rağmen konforlu bir ortam sunuyordu. Odalar oldukça geniş, modern ve şık bir şekilde tasarlanmıştı. Manzarası çok güzeldi. Özellikle pencere kenarındaki kitap okuma köşesini çok beğendim; odaya hoş bir atmosfer katıyordu. Personel ise son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi.

The hotel's location was perfect. Despite being on the main street, it offered a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were quite spacious, modern, and stylishly designed. The view was beautiful. I especially liked the reading nook by the window; it added a lovely ambiance to the room. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Odada ücretsiz içme suyu bulunmaması bence önemli bir eksiklikti. Ayrıca check-in saatinin 15.00 olması oldukça geç. Erken giriş konusunda herhangi bir esneklik gösterilmediği için yaklaşık 3 saat resepsiyonda bir sandalyede beklemek zorunda kaldım. Bu konuda misafirlere biraz daha yardımcı olunabilir.

The lack of free drinking water in the room was a significant drawback, in my opinion. Also, the 3 PM check-in time was quite late. Because there was no flexibility regarding early check-in, I had to wait for about 3 hours sitting on a chair at the reception. They could be a little more helpful with guests in this regard.

Прекрасный апартамент, расположение и сотрудники
Pros:

Очень доброжелательный менеджер Филипп всё подробно рассказал и приветливо встретил. Вид из номера отличный, номер уютный и тихий несмотря на то что расположен близко к центру города. Матрас очень удобный - прекрасно выспались.

Cons:

По возможности было бы прекрасно добавить в номер бутылку питьевой воды или кулер в общем фойе, потому что не всегда есть возможность сразу купить воду по пути.
