Pros:

A reggeli fantasztikusan finom volt, minden minőségi alapanyagból. Itthon ilyen finom reggelit még sehol se kaptunk. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A szoba hatalmas, minden volt benne amire szükségünk volt.

Unfassbar erholsam
Pros:

Am wohltuendsten war das ausnahmslos freundliche Personal, welches uns jeden Wunsch förmlich von den Augen ablas. So aufmerksames, umsichtiges und beflissenes Personal mit beinahe familiärer Zuneigung ist außergewöhnlich.
Die Verpflegung sowohl beim üppigen Frühstücksbüffet als auch beim Sterne-Abendmenü sucht seinesgleichen. Das war nicht nur äußerst schmackhaftes Essen, es war liebevolle Kunst. Wir waren jeden Tag erneut überwältigt, freuten uns bereits im Vorfeld auf jede Mahlzeit.
Auch das Reinigungspersonal und das Personal an der Hotelbar war unglaublich nett.
Herzlichen Dank nochmals für die allumfassende Fürsorge.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer sorgt schummriges Licht dafür, dass man seine Falten und Dellen nicht sehen muss :)
Am Strand sind die schönsten Liegen für Suitengäste reserviert, das ist ein bisschen befremdlich.
Der Balaton ist handwarm, es fehlen in Zeiten des Klimawandels 60 cm Wasserstand, der Boden ist pampig und damit auch das Wasser trüb. Aber dafür können wir nicht das Hotel verantwortlich zeichnen.

Gutes Hotel, eher nicht 5 Stern-würdig

Wellness sehr schön, Strandbereich schön, Frühstück vielfältig

Cons:

Personal distanziert und eher unfreundlich, Zimmerreinigung unzuverlässig, Zimmer teilweise unsauber, Restaurant mittelmässig

fantasztikus, jól felszerelt, tiszta, profi személyzet
Pros:

Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Fantasztikus reggeli, mind a kínálat, mind a minőség tekintetében. Saját, jól felszerelt, tiszta strand. A szobában a világítás megfelelő, (van elég fény az olvasáshoz), ami szinte minden más helyen probléma.

Cons:

A matrac nekem egy kicsit puha volt, de ez ízlés kérdése.

Pros:

Lokalizacja cicha , na uboczu ale dojście do centrum szybkie. Bardzo dobre śniadanie i wręcz doskonałe kolacje ( wybór dań z karty ). Perfekcyjna obsługa w recepcji , restauracji , barach.

Cons:

jedyny mankament to serwis sprzątający pokoje. Pokoje były sprzątane niedokładnie , łazienka również niezbyt dokładnie np . nie myto podłogi która w łazienkach niestety zawsze się pochlapie.

Výber na raňajky bol široký, kvalita jedla bola výborná. Izba bola čistá, zodpovedala fotografiám. Upratovalo sa každý deň. Výborná lokalita, súkromná pláž s lehátkami bez dodatočného poplatku.

A strand reszen a baldahinos agyak elhelyezese rendkivul zavaro! Voltam kulfoldi hotelben, ahol ezt felkorben megoldottak!
