Un buon soggiorno ma migliorabile sull’offerta del breakfast mattutino.
Pros:

Camere molto spaziose, ben arredate, edificio di recente costruzione, collocazione vicinissima al centro storico.

Cons:

La colazione disponibile è stata molto carente per quanto riguarda l’offerta di cibi settore dolci: presenti solo piccole confezioni di marmellata e fette di pseudo torte/pane leggermente dolce. Nessun tipo di biscotti o varietà di dolci da forno, croissant dolci, creme, etc.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein gutes Zimmer, eigentlich ein Studio, im 7. Stock. Schöne Aussicht und gutes Bett. Hierher kommen wir wieder.

Cons:

Die Ausfahrt beim Parkplatz solle umorganisiert werden. Es kann doch nich sein, dass man der Reception anrufen muss, damit die Schranke aufgeht....

War sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Alles super, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück Buffet sehr lecker.

Cons:

Einzig negative waren die teuren Parkgebühren.
Das gehört für mich zum Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, Witold z pokoju jak w żadnym innym hotelu, cały Gdańsk jak na dłoni. Bar z tarasem na ostatnim piętrze to niemalże najwyższy punkt Gdańska. Restauracja z przepysznym jedzeniem. Wszystko to razem godne polecenia dla rodzin jak i samotnym i w dobrej cenie

Nice hotel, but sofa bed for the 3rd person could be better

Mostly everything was fine

Cons:

Sofa bed was not very supportive, almost U-shaped in the middle, so not nice to sleep on that.

Pros:

Great view and position, very clean and the reception staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Even if room 96 is equiped with a coffee maker there was no coffee there. I don't think that someone could imagine the guest is supposed to find a shop nearby and buy some coffee.

More, and this was very hilarious, in the next morning, before leaving, I asked for a coffe at the bar but this guy told me that I have to pay for the entire breakfast in order to have a coffee. I told the receptionist about the situation; she stepped in, spoke to the guy and convinced him (with some effort) to let me pay for just a measly coffee, not for the entire breakfast since I don't eat in the morning.

I really don't understand why some hotels at this level can not provide a coffee machine in the lobby for early check out if they don't provide some coffee in the room.

Pros:

Posizione centrale con vista sul canale. Camera confortevole e possibilità di poter usufruire di ristorante e locale nella struttura. Possibilità di avere free acqua normale, calda e gasata.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado muy cerca de la ciudad antigua, frente a uno de los canales. La habitación cómoda.

Cons:

La persona que nos atendió al llegar, poco agradable. Los restantes, sin problema. El baño tenía ducha adaptada a minusválidos, que no precisamos ni pedimos, que la hacía algo incómoda.
