Welcoming and friendly, clean and comfortable room, good food. We were especially impressed by Wendy on reception, who was very helpful with a garment left behind. She went to considerable trouble to arrange its return. Thank you!
Staff, room and customer service was superb
Our recent dining experience at the restaurant was far from enjoyable. My son and I visited for dinner, and we endured a 45-minute wait for our meal, which was quite remarkable. My son's mixed grill plate, priced at £30, featured a notably thin beef steak. While the chicken was satisfactory, the gammon was excessively salty, to the point where it was inedible even for me. The inclusion of black pudding for dinner also seemed an unusual choice. I opted for the crispy chicken burger; though the overall flavor profile was pleasant, the chicken itself was unfortunately burnt and quite dry. Ultimately, the question arises: was this meal worth £50? The unequivocal answer is no.

Unfortunately the room we were in you could hear the people upstairs walking around as the floor boards were really bad, also the actual bed was like a brick .

Our room was not 100% clean but we got moved to another room immediately. For the amount we paid everything is a little tired.
I like the health club and jacuzzi.
The location and the noise from the motorway. The bar could have been cleaner and the tables attended for empty glasses more often. The breakfast room is not the nicest

Restaurant food came out cold . Restaurant was empty but took over 40 mins for food to arrive. No toilet brush in hotel room bathroom . I have ulcerative colitis and need with my condition.
Brilliant hotel for the price. The spa/gym/ hot tub was a great bonus included in the price.
The bar is great also
