Not up to the expectation
Pros:

Location only It's in the start of Sukkur so you don't have to go deep into city.

Cons:

There was a lizard in our room so requested to change the room which they did. In the new room there was a constant smell of cleaning liquid like phenyl. AC took more than two hours to cool the room as there was no fan. Rating of 9 of such hotel in other cities like Islamabad and Lahore mean great facilities and amenities but for me it stands on the level of 7 only. What i paid for such room in Sukkur, i also paid in Isb and Lahore and the hotels were way way above in facilities and amenities. They should also have an option of room booking without breakfast as many travellers just book the hotels in Sukkur to travel ahead either to Karachi or towards Lahore / Isb.

Pros:

The hotel was very helpful and helped arrange a driver for the following day at a good rate. I liked the breakfast, and my room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The common areas were a bit cold - I had to wear a jacket.
