Sabah erken saatlerde temizlik ve çöp araçlarının sesi de rahatsız ediciydi. Fotoğraflarda görünen divan odada yok. Çöp toplama hizmeti her gün yaklaşık 09.30–10.00 arasında yapılıyordu, bu saat bize göre biraz erkendi. Ayrıca binada asansör bulunmuyor; bavulları dar merdivenlerden kendiniz taşımanız gerekir

Cons:

I have never experienced a hotel cancelling my reservation just three hours before my scheduled arrival. This happened during a busy June weekend (6/2026) in London, when finding alternative accommodation at such short notice was extremely difficult and very expensive.

What was even more disappointing was that I was left completely on my own. The hotel offered no meaningful assistance, did not arrange or suggest alternative accommodation, and provided no support in resolving the situation. I had to deal with everything myself.

In addition, the hotel’s email communication was confusing and misleading. The messages indicated that the hotel had cancelled my reservation, while at the same time creating the impression that I would not receive a refund. Although I did eventually receive a full refund, the communication caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty at an already difficult time.

This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

A well chosen spot for our days exploring London.
Pros:

The property was in a great location and we found it easy to access public transport. We were able to walk to many favoured tourist destinations. Having a cafe at King's Wardrobe made morning preparations relaxed and the staff were very happy and thoughtful. Having a living area and kitchen made our stay more comfortable and less cramped than hotel accomodation.

Cons:

We found the washing machine rather difficult to understand and frequently the cycle planned didn't eventuate.

Perfect place to stay in London
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful stuff, excellent location, the room had everything we needed, it was clean and stylishly decorated, modern and pleasant to live in. Aircon was a life saver on a scorching hot day.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent accommodation in a great London location. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that the soft bed was uncomfortable.

Een rustig, ruim en schoon vierpersoonsappartement op een toplocatie bij St. Paul.
Pros:

De rustige locatie op steenworp afstand van St. Paul is perfect. Appartement met twee slaapkamers, zeer geschikt voor een viertal. Leuk ontbijt, geen buffet maar kiezen uit originele en kwalitatieve vers klaargemaakte opties. Prima personeel.

Cons:

Niet goedkoop, maar je krijgt wel waar voor je geld: ruim, schoon. Af en toe wat sfeerverhogend klokgelui. Uitzicht op een zakelijke straat, maar wel rustig.
