Location of the hotel was really good. So many metro lines were near the hotel. The room was really good. Every little detail was already tought. Brakfast was good.

Too Many Maintenance Problems and No Air Con
Pros:

Location and Staff are great-property is spacious and clean. Included breakfast menu is small but food is good. Close to both St. Pauls and Blackfriars.

Cons:

Room was stifling as management refused to turn on air con (centrally controlled) despite NUMEROUS requests that our room was intolerably hot. Toilet ran non-stop and required 3 visits from maintenance. After 3 days air con was finally turned on however 1 bedroom unit did not work. One of 2 elevators was out of service our entire stay. Last night there was no hot water and we notified staff, who said they would send maintenance, but they never came. No showers day of departure and no sleep for 3 nights due to stifling hot rooms and trash truck noise during night. Simply not worth the price and would not return or recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, um die Ecke Cafés, Restaurants, Pubs und die St. Paul's Cathedral.
Sehr leckeres Frühstück zum Auswählen.
Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal und Service.
Großes Appartement mit Kaffeemaschine, Kapseln und Milch, für den Kaffee zwischendurch. Wasser zur Begrüßung.

It was an excellent choice, you felt part of the city and the location could not have been better.
Pros:

The location and facility was excellent. The staff was great. I would stay again.

Cons:

The smoke alarm went off every day a few time for the first three days. Super loud. They did fix it.

Bellissimo appartamento con tutti i comfort

Appartamento grande con tutti i servizi, staff pronto ad ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la luce nell'appartamento ma hanno risolto in modo veloce.

Cons:

Avevano detto che ogni giorni avrebbero cambiato gli asciugamani e l'acqua anche se non sono un albergo ma cosi non è stato Alla nostra richiesta li hanno cambiati subito.

A great little place to stay, really great location…
Pros:

Location to food, Black Friars station, quiet, great breakfasts, really nice clean and interesting rooms. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They were quick for several issues we had. We were in a room right on the street, no noise and it was dark. The AC unit failed the second day and we received an upgrade for the other nights we stayed with them. It was on the second floor and really quiet.

Cons:

Nothing really… it was quite nice.
