Beautiful location…exceptional staff

All was nice, we were out of season, everything was perfect. They upgraded our room and even didn’t charge me for parking (that was because no one told me about fee - but they were kind and didn’t charge)
Glorious property
We absolutely loved our stay at Huma Kotor Bay and would 100% return! The team were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
When we arrived, we were disappointed to find that our room didn’t have the sea view we had expected, as I had misunderstood the room category when booking. We spoke to reception, and they immediately arranged for us to move to a room with a beautiful sea view for an additional charge. We were so grateful for their understanding and willingness to help, as the view was one of the main reasons we had chosen the hotel. And it did not disspoint, one of the most incredible views we have ever had in a hotel. What a stunning place.
The private beach and beach club are amazing, with stunningly clear water and the perfect setting to relax after a morning exploring Kotor Old Town. We also organised a water taxi to Perast directly from the beach club jetty, which was such a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the bay.
The location is excellent. It’s a lovely 30-minute stroll along the waterfront promenade to Kotor Old Town, with plenty of restaurants along the way if you fancy stopping for a meal or a drink.
The amenities are good, and the setting is beautiful. Huma Kotor Bay is the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation and convenience. We couldn’t recommend it more and would absolutely stay here again!
The pool is close to the main road, and not very relaxing with the traffic noise. Just go to the beach club instead!
I just returned home after an amazing stay in Montenegro with my wife. It was a beautiful experience and Huma played a huge role in that experience. Mr Gul the manager was an exceptional host who made sure we were comfortable, he went over and beyond to achieve this and we are truly grateful. Also, Ahmad, Andrea and Luka, we're also so helpfu, friendly and cordial and made sure we had a memorable stay at Huma. The views were heavenly and we couldn't get enough. Thank you Huma. Maybe a little more variety with food that include some Africa cuisine, other than that, it was perfect. Okay and also Harder mattresses. It was little hard on our backs 🤭
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת !! ממש כמו בישראל, היה שפע ומענה מכול טוב- עמדת קפה, תפוזים סחוטים טריים, חביתות ופנקייקים. היינו מאוד מרוצים והיה גם לתינוקת מה לאכול שזה בונוס ענק !
הצוות היה מאוד אדיב, נעים ונחמד.
צוות הקבלה במלון בניהולה של Tatjana בקבלה, היו מדהימים- שדרגו אותנו פעמיים לחדר מפנק מאוד עד כדי כך שהחלטנו להמשיך את השהייה עוד יומיים ולא לחפש מלון אחר. בכול יום בבוקר הם הוציאו לנו את הרכב מהחניה ונתנו המלצות על מסלולים ומסעדות שוות.
הגענו עם תינוקת והם הכירו לנו את הקלאב קידס, נתנו מיטה נקייה ומסודרת לתינוקת והחליפו מצעים בכול יום.
צוות חדר האוכל היו מדהימים- סביבנו וסביב הילדה כול הזמן וזה לא היה מובן מאליו.
לגבי 10/10 ואם היה יותר אז גם יותר, אם נחזור למונטנגרו לגמרי נחזור שוב לשם !!
לא ניצלנו את החוף כי היה יחסית קריר אבל הבריכה הייתה נקייה ומסודרת וטיפה מחוממת.
בבוקינג רשום חניה במקום, אך כשהגענו גילינו שהחניון בתשלום של בערך 10 יורו ליום
כאשר ציינו את זה בקבלה הם היו מאוד נחמדים וסבלניים ונתנו את האפשרות להחנות מול המלון ולהשאיר את מפתחות הרכב במידה ונצטרך להזיז. גם עבור הבעיה היחידה הם נתנו פתרון מצוין.

Местоположение отличное, большой плюс что есть свой пляж
Соотношение цена - качество! Номера не соответствуют 5-му отелю, ремонт устаревший, везде холодная плитка. При заселении пришлось самому тащить чемоданы в номер, никто даже не предложил помощь!
Завтраки скудные и не вкусные!
Отель максимум 4 звезды, но точно не 5

Great rooms, location and the best front office!
Had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at HUMA! Enjoyed all the facilities, including beach, pool, spa and gym. Buffet breakfast also had a great selection. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind, particularly on check in day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
If you’re looking to explore old town then will most likely require a taxi.
