The value and my associated experience were absolutely top-notch
Pros:

Every member of the staff with whom I spoke was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I enjoyed conversing with many staff members, and each and everyone was extremely receptive.The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. The variety was unprecedented. Anything anybody could wish for in a breakfast item was included in this buffet. Bananas and apples were also available, with the apples actually wrapped in saran wrap. That way, you knew that it was clean and untouched.

Cons:

I would suggest that perhaps a glass or plastic cup be available in the bathroom. Of course, that’s not a big deal, and that’s the only thing I would suggest. Perhaps it was an oversight.

Perfect stay!!!
Pros:

All the staff were wonderful and nice, clean room, good beds, plenty of towels and wash clothes, well lit parking lot. Per friendly, wonderful breakfast with awesome oats, parfaits, fruit and nuts. We felt safe. We will be back!!! Great job!!!

Cons:

That we had to leave. :)

My stay at Tru Hilton Panama City, Beach has exceeded my expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The different breakfast options were amazing. The staff worked diligently to keep items stocked for guests. The area was cleaned promptly and the food was delicious. We appreciated the various items to choose from.

Cons:

My one grievance is the laundry area. I appreciate that it is free to guest; however, it was unfortunate that one dryer and one washer was out of service leaving only one washer and dryer for guests to utilize.
