Pros:

Todo el hotel es una pasada, la decoración, los servicios, las habitaciones. Es muy moderno, la piscina con vistas al Skyline y la playa. Los restaurantes en la última planta. El mejor desayuno de nuestras vidas. Un gimnasio espectacular que está abierto las 24 horas. Excelente ubicación y una zona segura. Posiblemente el hotel mas lujoso que te puedas quedar a un precio razonable

An unforgettable stay with outstanding service, luxury, and a fantastic casino experience.
Pros:

I had an exceptional stay at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and offers excellent facilities. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. I especially enjoyed the casino, which made my stay even more memorable. I felt so relaxed during my stay that I forgot all my worries. I would be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Pros:

Everything about my experience at this hotel was great. From the moment I was met getting out of the taxi, to the moment I left and I got in the taxi. The hotel itself is very impressive, but its all the staff I engaged with that make it such a special hotel and that's all the staff...from front desk, to the resturants, to the bars, people helping with bags, people welcoming you when you walk in, the security...the hotel itself in terms of facilities has everything you need and the room I had was great.

Cons:

Would have been slightly easier to have the reception on the floor you arrive in, but that is such a minor point and up high you do get some incredible views of Colombo checking in.

Great place to stay with family and kids friendly atmosphere.
Pros:

Location ,staff, different options of restaurants and bars. Rooms and clean with amenities. Pool ,restaurant and IRD staff is very helpful too.
