Always a good stay!
Pros:

We love this chain of hotels! We were recommended by friends and going forward will book hotels in this group. The staff are lively, always smiling, willing to accommodate you if they can. Rooms and facilities are extremely comfortable. Dining is excellent

Cons:

During this stay, our room faced the ocean and unfortunately there was loud music playing, making it difficult to sleep. To top it off, I was unwell. I know it’s not the hotels responsibility for outside noise, and once they knew of the situation, they moved us straight away.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and views, but the maintenance needs improvement.

The location is excellent, and the room offers a great view. The staff were friendly, and the overall stay was comfortable.

Cons:

The property could improve its maintenance. The bathroom door did not close smoothly, which was inconvenient. Also, the room’s floor-to-ceiling glass windows were quite dusty, affecting the otherwise beautiful ocean view. Better maintenance and cleaner windows would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Pros:

This is my second time at Cinnamon life for me it's like a home from home. This time I had a massage at the wellness it was supperb the whole atmosphere was serene beautiful the lady who gave me the massage if im right was Rai she was excellent spot on and the lady at the front desk was such a help I'm so sorry if I can't remember your names. The staff are fantastic over and beyond always with that smile and that is the most important thing for me. I will always go back to cinnamon life and recommend this beautiful place.
Thank you yet again for making my stay a memorable.

Perfect Luxury Stay in Colombo
Pros:

It was everything you could expect from a luxury hotel. I really enjoyed the stay there and Ridmi from the Reception Team was the sweetest person we met. She helped us through everything and made sure, everything was according to out wishes. We celebrated my cousin‘s graduation there and they organized a delicious chocolate cake. Loved the stay there and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!
Pros:

It was perfect for us! Lovely hotel. Great food. The gym was great! We had an issue with my husband misplacing a valuable item. We went back to the hotel as we knew it was there. The staff were accommodative in finding the item.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of. But I felt that was a lot of empty spaces but it seems the hotel is specifically for business conferences as it is a city hotel.
