Impeccable cleanliness, staff, location.
Pros:

Hotel, was chic, clean lovely feel, gardens were amazing, I had stayed in four other hotels on this trip to Thailand, it was far superior and the staff than any other I stayed, I will certainly rebook.

Pros:

L’hôtel en général est magnifique, l’accueil super sympathique, Happy New Year (le chat) trop mignon, plafond de la chambre immense, lits super confortables et plusieurs attentions appréciées.

Well valued, clean, warm boutique hotel - highly recommend for the room and service.
Pros:

Room was very clean, pool was warm salt warm so much better than chlorine, and staff was friendly. Solid housekeeping everyday and great location.

Cons:

We could hear the upstairs room pretty well so it got annoying especially since they stayed up pretty late but overall the hotel was great!

Lovely stay but would pick another hotel next time!
Pros:

It’s a nice property for the most part but you can see something’s that are dated and need to be fixed. The people working there are very kind and caring. The room with the pool outside is really nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was repetitive, the breakfast to go was offensive for a hotel we pay that much for each night. The cost didn’t match the hotel.

Wonderful care by staff
Pros:

My daughter was travelling with a tour, and became unwell with heatstress in Chiang Mai. The staff at Aksara Heritage cared for her perfectly, and she had a fabulous time relaxing by the pool and being spoilt with wonderful food until she could rejoin the tour. Thank you for making her feel safe and happy.
