Good location. Very clean and stylish.
It wasn’t made clear that accessing the property meant a trawl up a cobbled street - difficult for us older folks!

Cena ok 120 euro za noc zobowiązuje do lepszego standardu. Brak lodówki, brak miejsca do przygotowania posiłku, problemy z elektrycznością. Miał być widok na ogród, a był na kamienne mury i ok. 5 metrów znajdowało się wyjście z innego pokoju. Widać było tylko skrawek nieba. Mało miejsca, duża część pokoju znajduje się pod stropem na wysokości 1 metra. Nawet połowa ceny byłaby zawyżona. Przestaję mieć zaufanie do Booking, firmie zależy tylko na uzyskaniu dochodów z pośrednictwa; brak dbałości o sprawdzenie warunków świadczonych usług. Załączam fotografię widoku z pokoju na ogród - przykry widok.
Perfect location for easy walking or direct bus along the coast or into Porto. Many shops and restaurants nearby too. Spacious, stylish room with huge terrace overlooking the river mouth/sea - very comfortable and huge bed. We will only stay here if we come back to porto!!
Addition of a microwave and some plates / cutlwey would make it perfect and easier to enjoy lunch or dinner on the terasse. No hotel facilities like a bar or common spaces but the staff we’re on call and responsive plus hotel cleaning every day.
The room was beautifully decorated and spacious with a fantastic balcony.
My only complaint was there wasn’t an ice machine. But yet they had a small refrigerator?

La habitación excelente , grande y con todo tipo de servicios y la ubicación magnifica.
Aunque en la planta baja había una cafetería estaba cerrada y no se podía desayunar.

Muy impersonal. Parecen apartamentos en vez de hotel. Solo vimos a la señora de la limpieza al llegar y el único espacio que había a demás de las habitaciones estaba cerrado. Entrábamos con contraseñas en el hotel y en las habitaciones
Blisko do zabytkowego tramwaju i przystanków autobusowych. W pobliskim parku w niedziele odbywa się targ lokalnych wyrobów, a w pobliżu jest duży wybór dobrych restauracji.
Nie znalazłam nic co nawiązywałoby do słowa 'deluxe' w nazwie. Pokój był duży, ale ciemny. Zdjęcia w ofercie są tak mocno podkręcone, że szare płytki w łazience były na nich białe. Włączniki świateł są rozmieszczone w dziwnych miejscach, w korytarzu nie ma żadnego, po powrocie do pokoju trzeba po ciemku dojść do łóżka żeby zaświecić światło. Nie działała jedna lampa, klimatyzacji nie da się ustawić na tryb nocny, więc do wyboru był brak wentylacji, głośna klimatyzacja albo spanie przy otwartym oknie i słuchanie hałasów ulicy (a bywało naprawdę głośno, nawet w środku nocy). Obiekt nie wymienia ręczników przez cały pobyt, pierwszego dnia ręczniki które zostawiliśmy na krzesłach do wysuszenia zostały schowane do szafy. Nie dość, że nie było wiadomo który był czyj to jeszcze jeden z nich wciąż był mokry. Szczotka do toalety już dawno powinna być wymieniona, bo jest brudna i obrzydliwa. Jeden ze szlafroków miał dziurę i pourywane szlufki. Nie było kapci, które były wymienione w ofercie w wyposażeniu pokoju. W budynku jest winda, ale ma oznaczenie 'tylko dla personelu'. Dwa razy gorąca woda była tylko letnia przy ustawieniu na pokrętle prysznica maksymalnej temperatury.
Wifi albo nie działało, albo działało bardzo wolno. Zgłosiłam problem, polecono mi zrestartować router, którego jednak nigdzie nie znaleźliśmy. Nie chcę na wakacjach siedzieć w telefonie i dopytywać gdzie co jest. Przed przyjazdem ktoś z obiektu wysłał wiadomość o której przyjedziemy, a kiedy nie odpowiedzieliśmy w ciągu dwóch godzin dostaliśmy również telefon w tej sprawie. Pokój był już wtedy opłacony, wchodzi się za pomocą kodów do drzwi (łącznie 3 sztuki), więc uważam to za dużą nadgorliwość i zawracanie głowy, można było spokojnie poczekać aż będę miała czas odpisać.

Very nice room and great location
There is no reception and staff cannot help you outwith normal working hours. We asked for more towels but the staff forgot and when I reminded them they couldn't have any brought to us as there were no staff around. Also the bar/ cafe was closed which was a shame. For such a nice place there should be staff there in the daytime or at least make clear that it is self check in. There is also no fridge in the room which I assumed there would have been. As there is no reception you also cannot leave your suitcases if you arrive early. Though we loved our holiday and the location, I would be hesitant to stay here again as I thought it was a proper hotel, which is how it appears online. It is more like little apartments but with no apartment facilities.
Wenn du einen Trip nach Porto planst, aber nicht den ganzen Aufenthalt in der Stadt verbringen möchtest, ist das hier perfekt! Das Zimmer mit Balkon ist wunderschön eingerichtet und super geräumig. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt.

Niente, ogni ogni cosa è stata perfetta.
Mooie, comfortabeler accommodatie. Inrichting was prachtig, fijne bedden en badkamer, airco werkte goed. Locatie tussen centrum en strand was perfect. Ontbijten bij Camelia was top, elke dag heerlijk gegeten. Genoten van de ritjes met het oude trammetje die voor de deur stopte. Alles bij elkaar was het een geweldig verblijf, zeker een aanrader!
Het was er heel stil, geen receptie, en ontbijtzaal/restaurantdeel was gesloten. Ik miste een beetje de reuring. We hadden een late terugvlucht. Konden een late check-out regelen tegen betaling, dat was fijn. Daarna helaas geen optie storage voor koffer. Tips van accommodatie waren lastig of duur. Uiteindelijk hebben we koffer bij ons gehouden. Communicatie met Portie was goed, kreeg snelle en nette reacties, prima!
Die Kommunikation war gut, wir kamen spät an und alles klappte gut mit dem Check in über ein Schlüssellasten.
Das Bad war sehr schön.
Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, und sehr sauber. allerdings hätte ich gerne gewusst, das wir eher im Untergeschoss wohnen. Ja es gab eine Art Terrasse aber wenn man dort saß fühlte man sich eher wie in einem engen Hinterhof. So war es für uns eher alles ein bisschen dunkel.
Mir war nicht klar, das es eher eine Art Ferienzimmer ist. Egal, aber eine Beschreibung für die Klimaanlage und vor allem für die Schalter hätten wir uns gewünscht, das System war nicht zu durchschauen. Eine Rezeption gab es nicht zu mindest konnten wir sie nicht finden.
