Hôtel agréable et bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel charmant, chambre très confortable, douche grande et fonctionnelle, literie agréable mais un peu haute !!!
Hôtel très bien situé, proche du parc, de la plage, métro juste en bas, bus à proximité. Digicode à chaque porte.
Communication par mail et réponse rapide

Cons:

Chambres en étages sans ascenseur, un peu difficile seule et avec bagages...
Aucune présence "humaine" hormis les femmes de ménage. Un peu dommage.
Difficulté rencontrée avec les luminaires ! J'ai fini par débrancher le lampadaire impossible à éteindre.
Les gros manques : un frigo dans la chambre, un distributeur de boisson et présence de trousse de secours dans la chambre mais avec des produits périmés, dommage car l'idée est très bonne

Comfortable accomodations near the ocean
Pros:

Beautifully decorated room.

Cons:

We had a balcony but no chairs or a table. I had to request chairs. The chairs should have been there on day1.
Please note that despite the name, all of the rooms are Not suites. We had a regular room, no sitting area and no refigerator. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator.

Pros:

Beautiful and spacious rooms located with a view and the historic tram stop right in front of the building.
It's a 15 min scooter ride towards Ponte Luis or Matosinhos Beach.
The room didn't have a fridge which we needed for cooling some meds which the host has saved within 24 hrs.

Cons:

Early check-in and late check-out are pricey given the rate of the room per night.

Out of town location, nice room but needs to be 100% perfect for the price
Pros:

The suites seem like a bit of a way out from the centre of town but it's takes minutes on the bus. Actually a relief from the noise and busyness of town and within very easy reach. Also an enjoyable hour or so walk to town along the river.
Room was large and extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the huge bed, and terrace which overlooks the river/sea. Lovely to relax for a couple of hours in the sun.
Tram outside (use it once but otherwise use the buses as much cheaper). Nice bar next door and local cafes for breakfast. Beaches further along worth a visit if you have time.

Cons:

Damage to the bathroom floor (seems it was due to previous water ingress from shower?). We had assumed it was known about, but when we did say something, apparently they were not aware of it even though cleaning staff go in every day. The floor had lifted so a trip hazard. Seemed odd for a premium room where you would expect them to be inspected after every stay.
No staff on site, so if you need something you will need to contact them (via Booking.com).
Key code system - with our room when you put code in, door doesn't open without a hefty push! There are three lots of key codes for entry so remember to take them with you.
No storage for cases if you check out and then don't fly/travel until later.

Ideale uitvalsbasis om Porto en de kust te combineren.
Pros:

De locatie was echt perfect. De historische tram stopt letterlijk voor de deur en met een Uber ben je binnen enkele minuten in het centrum van Porto. Het strand ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en ook de badkamer is heerlijk ruim. Op slechts 2 minuten loopafstand vind je verschillende restaurants. Een absolute aanrader als je liever niet midden in de stad verblijft, maar Porto wilt combineren met een ontspannen verblijf aan zee.

Não tem staff presente, não é possível pedir qqualquer tipo de ajuda ou orientação em caso de necessidade. Faz-se o check-in através de um cofre com código.
Não têm serviço de pequeno-almoço no espaço, tem de se ir a um café próximo.
Quando chegámos ao quarto, estava gelado, com o ar condicionado muito mal programado.
Apesar da decoração ser bonita, em muitas coisas é pouco funcional, como por exemplo no chuveiro, que molha o chão todo da casa-de-banho.
Os cortinados blackout não cortam bem a luz, pelo que de manhã, entra luz no quarto.
Iluminação muito fraca.

Once we gained access, we were very happy and comfortable and location was great in terms of cafes and restaurants.
Pros:

Good location. Very clean and stylish.

Cons:

It wasn’t made clear that accessing the property meant a trawl up a cobbled street - difficult for us older folks!

We loved the peaceful area close to city and beaches, stylish and super comfortable room and huge bed!
Pros:

Perfect location for easy walking or direct bus along the coast or into Porto. Many shops and restaurants nearby too. Spacious, stylish room with huge terrace overlooking the river mouth/sea - very comfortable and huge bed. We will only stay here if we come back to porto!!

Cons:

Addition of a microwave and some plates / cutlwey would make it perfect and easier to enjoy lunch or dinner on the terasse. No hotel facilities like a bar or common spaces but the staff we’re on call and responsive plus hotel cleaning every day.

Cons:

Cena ok 120 euro za noc zobowiązuje do lepszego standardu. Brak lodówki, brak miejsca do przygotowania posiłku, problemy z elektrycznością. Miał być widok na ogród, a był na kamienne mury i ok. 5 metrów znajdowało się wyjście z innego pokoju. Widać było tylko skrawek nieba. Mało miejsca, duża część pokoju znajduje się pod stropem na wysokości 1 metra. Nawet połowa ceny byłaby zawyżona. Przestaję mieć zaufanie do Booking, firmie zależy tylko na uzyskaniu dochodów z pośrednictwa; brak dbałości o sprawdzenie warunków świadczonych usług. Załączam fotografię widoku z pokoju na ogród - przykry widok.

Beautiful suite with sea views
Pros:

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious with a fantastic balcony.
My only complaint was there wasn’t an ice machine. But yet they had a small refrigerator?
