Quite expensive but it‘s definitely better than a middle class hotel.

Rooms were modern, comfy and well sized. Best suited for those coming to and from JR
Hotel lobby is on 19th floor and does not have a drive in lobby so we had to load our luggage in pouring rain onto the taxi.

We had the corner room which was sufficiently spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining sitting above the subway and underground shopping street. Staff were really helpful from checkin, questions I had and arranging taxis during stay. Recommend and definitely stay again.

Clean n spacious. Ice cubes machine at the level. Nice rooftop view. Free Lounge access. Check in at 2 pm - good for me when i arrived early.
Should have direct lift access from ground floor. Quite troublesome to always go to level 19 then go down to the hotel room.
