Chambre petite
La configuration est bizarre. Il faut monter au dernier étage pour la réception. Il faut donc monter à chaque fois et redescendre pour accéder à votre chambre
Very welcoming and helpful staff
For breakfast didn’t have many choices. We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast became very boring. The fittness place is very small only cardio stuff was there.
The room is bright and clean. Enough space to place 2 big suitcases. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and clean.
We enjoy the complimentary lounge access, love the local snacks they served.
All in all excellent experience.

朝食は美味しく、搾りたてのオレンジジュースは感動しました。
就寝時、ベッドの真上の2つの電気の消し方がわかりませんでした。他の電気はベッドサイドのボタンで調節できましたが。
入り口のカードキーを抜くと全部消えてしまうので、フロントにおたずねすればよかったかなと思いました。

The location of the hotel is superb, connected to the underground station! The view is stunning at the lobby!

Espresso machine in the room. Office chair very comfortable.
Not necessarily dislike but thought it was strange in order to go outside from you room, you have to go up to the Lobby on the 19th floor, get a different lift to go down to ground floor. I've never experienced a hotel thats designed like that before.
1. The environment of the lounge on the 18th floor is excellent.
2. The service attitude was very good, and when we reported an air-conditioning issue, it was handled immediately.
I would stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Hard bed which did affect our enjoyment. I asked for a mattress topper but they did not have any.
The hotel operates on a request for service. Everything is there but you have to ask for it. For example you have to remember to ask for your room to be serviced. It makes the difference between a premium hotel to a standard hotel.
