Fin beliggenhet

Cons:

Det tok veldig lang tid før vi fikk brød til frokosten. Frokosten ble servert på et brett, og det var greit nok. Vi etterlyste brød flere ganger, og etter ca 20 minutter kom det noen veldig varme rundstykker. Det hadde vært fint om det ble sagt med det samme at brødet dessverre var forsinket. Det hadde også vært fint med tilbud om mer kaffe/te.

Härligt, smakfullt och charmigt boende nära hamnen i Höganäs
Pros:

Härligt boende med rum över en restaurang, jättefint läge nära hamnen i Höganäs. Snyggt och charmigt både på rummen och i restaurangen. Mysig innergård både morgon och kväll. Jättegod och fin frukost bricka, med allt gott du kan önska. Trevlig och personlig service! Sköna sängar. Enda nackdelen är att vi nog fick enda rummet utan utsikt 😊 men förutom det inget att klaga på. Skulle gärna stanna här igen!

Hade gärna haft en rum med utsikt 😊

När vi efter mycket oro kom in på hotellet var allt toppen.
Pros:

Frukosten var utmärkt. Personalen jätte trevlig.

Cons:

Incheckningsprocessen. Eftersom vi inte fått ett sms, som visade sig vara helt avgörande för att man skulle kunna komma in på hotellet ställde det till det för oss. Ingen svarade heller i telefon på 30 minuter.

Wonderful old grocery store that has been rebuild into a very cosy small boutique hotel….excellent room, service, breakfast but also dinner on friday evening

Cute, lovely cosy and quiet spot but very basic facilities
Pros:

Cute room. Great location. Very friendly host when we checked in (but note this is a small hotel- don’t expect a reception!)

Cons:

Only small things - no towels on the room (clearly a mistake). No bedside table on one side - odd considering the price. Odd considering the price Breakfast is a special order add on - don’t expect a buffet. This means if you want even just a cup of tea in your room you rely on a pretty scant variety - a couple of sachets of Nescafé instant, some uht milk but no sugar - honestly? I get it that you don’t have a kitchen on site but if you don’t include breakfast in the price at least provide a full set of facilities for a basic cup of tea in the room

Trevligt hotell men unik känsla. Bra läge.

Cons:

Tyckte rummet kunnat vara lite mer ombonat, kändes lite "kalt". Lät mycket från toaletten på badrummet till och från. Tyckte priset för frukost på 185:- var extremt dyrt då det inte var buffé. Har man betalt 1800:- från ett rum en natt så skulle man önska att frukost ingår, blir ett störningsmoment att lägga till extra för det.

Pros:

Fantastiskt bemötande, god mat på restaurangen och utmärkt frukost. Kommer mer än gärna tillbaka.

Cons:

Fanns inget som inte fungerade.
