Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Narven Hotel in Bolu, Turkey. The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. A special thanks to Mr. Ali at the reception for his warm welcome and excellent introduction to the hotel and its facilities. His professionalism and friendliness made a great first impression.
The overall experience was very enjoyable, and the atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The only area for improvement is the air conditioning, which was acceptable but not ideal. Nevertheless, it did not significantly affect our stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bolu.

Pros:

Staff are very friendly, especially reception. Food was really good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Balconies are very good

Cons:

Reception full of flies. No landscaping outside the hotel or a walking path, although Bulo is full of gardens etc
