Pros:

The facilities are very clean and pleasing. The staff is very courteous, welcoming and helpful. Kudos to Naser. He was extremely welcoming, engaging and helpful.

Cons:

The location. Sadly, we encountered many homeless individuals in the streets near the hotel. We didn't encounter any during our stay at the Marriott across from Petco Park.

Loved our stay just wish parking was better. I would probably stay again if the opportunity arose.
Pros:

The room was the most clean motel room I think we’ve ever stayed it. Location was great to walk to restaurants or anything downtown. Coffee and snack bar on every floor. I might have missed that information somewhere because we didn’t know about they until right before check out. The decor is beautiful and if you’re into art this is a stay for you. The staff were all helpful and nice.

Cons:

Parking. Pricey if you are parked by the hotel. No clue where our ended up being parked. There is an over night parking garage just up the ways some that looked cheaper than the hotel. We did get our car back in one piece 🙂

L’odeur dans tout l’hôtel, un mélange d’humidité et de produits pour camoufler l’odeur qui ressemble à un produit pour toilette. Que ce soit dans les espaces communs ou dans les chambres.

The breakfast could have more variety like crepes and pancakes or eggs the way you like.
