Lindo diseño, pero la comodidad y el entorno no fueron lo que esperaba.
Pros:

El diseño y la estética del hotel son muy cuidados. Se nota que es un hotel boutique con identidad visual clara y buen gusto en los detalles.

Cons:

Las camas eran extremadamente blandas. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación o alguna solución, pero nadie se hizo cargo. Me dijeron que todas las camas eran iguales y como gesto me ofrecieron una bebida alcohólica de cortesía, algo que no tenía nada que ver con el problema. Las puertas del hotel están constantemente cerradas y hay que tocar un timbre para que te abran, lo cual resulta incómodo. La ubicación es céntrica y cercana a varias atracciones, pero la zona tiene mucha presencia de personas en situación de calle y las veredas están notablemente sucias, incluyendo desechos humanos. Es un dato importante si pensás caminar por el barrio.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and a great place to stay in downtown San Diego.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved being within walking distance of so many places in downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp Quarter. Everything went smoothly during my four-night stay.

Cons:

Nothing major stood out to me. I had a really good experience overall.

Overall, and lovely hotel. Great location, comfy beds.
Pros:

Located in great area. The eclectic decor was very appealing!! Le labo bath products was a nice amenity. Marcello at the front desk was welcoming and informative!

Cons:

The only minus really was the high price to use valet service and self parking up the street on a structure was difficult as their payment machine wasn’t working.

El ambiente es hermoso y con gran gusto. El personal muy amable, además de agradables, me arreglaron el poder hacer un late check-out y que me llevaran al aeropuerto (me hizo sentir segura que era gente de confianza del hotel). La habitación super cómoda, con frigobar y una mesita con sillones. La tele es grande, y dan secador de pelo y plancha. En todos los pisos tenían agua, hielo, café y snacks de cortesía. Todo muy limpio. Volvería sin dudarlo.
