It’s perfectly located if you are looking for a night out in the Gaslamp area.
Pros:

Rooms were cleans and modern. The decor and over all vibe of the place is very elegant. There was always someone at the front door, which made us feel very safe when going out. It’s perfectly located if you are looking for a night out in the Gaslamp area. We were able to walk and hop around walking and didn’t need to drive or get any Ubers.

Cons:

A blocks away from the hotel can feel a bit more sketchy. Lots of homeless on the streets and dirtier areas.

Lovely hotel with awesome decor & friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect, just north of the gaslamp quarter and very close to downtown and little Italy with a short Uber ride. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone staying around those areas. The hotel is very clean & chic.

Cons:

The bathroom doors are not very good. There’s a slight crack in the sliding doors and those should be leveled out better for more privacy. The showers also flood and the drain should be closer to the center to avoid that.

Cute boutique style hotel with friendly staff, less than ideal location and accommodations
Pros:

The art boutique style of the hotel and unique aesthetic design. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Location is not ideal, heavy homeless population and streets are dirty. I would not feel safe staying here alone as a woman. The walls are VERY thin, we could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to us (at normal volume) until 3:00 in the morning making it impossible to sleep.

Beautiful hotel, lovely facilities!
Pros:

Lovely hotel in downtown. Walkable to lots of things and safe day and night. Beautiful decor. Room was lovely and a good size. Loved the coffee/snack/water station, bedtime sweets were always needed! The coffee from the reception/restaurant area was very very good - highly recommend! Valet parking was expensive but plenty of other secure car parks a short walk away.
