Pros:

Nothing. It's a fake property with no facilities at all, as stated. The rooms were horrible and the toilets too. Unsafe for women.

Cons:

Everything turned out worse. The caretaker was rude and extremely money minded. No cleanliness across, neither the rooms and washroom. I don't get it how the hotel is sustained under the banner of OYO. It's a shame on OYO to not inspect.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
Pros:

This property does not accept ‘foreigners’ arrived at 2am, after communication through booking app to let them know arrival etc. When I arrived they refused to let me in as I was a foreigner. My taxi had left and had to walk streets in early hours of morning. DO not book this hotel!!!

Pros:

A total scam...
The reception is not in the building that you see on the pictures, nor are the rooms.
We were refused check-in supposedly because this hotel is only accessible to Indians.
Not sure that I believe this but in spite of many messages prior to arriving (my name doesn't really sound Indian, /we never were told anything.
