Our Short Delhi Stay
Pros:

Location is very good. Room was quite large and nice. Adjoining balcony was very large overseeing the road. Room and toilet was clean adequate water supply in bathroom. AC was working properly. Behaviour of the caretaker was very good and coperativr.. common kitchen was a bonus. RO water supply was good. Chargres were moderate Rs 3000 per day.

Cons:

No lift. Staircase was steep, the caretaker helped us to lift our luggage to 1st floor. For food, you have to visit Hauz khas market/ Grren park market.

Pros:

Everything is best of this property bathroom is big like as a another room, breakfast given also good as per my demand. Staff is friendly and supportive.

I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I also felt safe and accounted for, being a solo female guest.
Pros:

The atmosphere was very warm and friendly.
I enjoyed the communal kitchen and being able to prepare my own food and store it in the communal fridge.
I enjoyed meeting and greeting hotel staff and fellow journey persons and the layout of the hotel is great for that.
The towels were clean and the sheets and rooms were very clean and we could get what we wanted when we wanted.
The bathrooms were large, if a little old and the beds were comfortable .. an essential for yours truly .. the bedrooms were also bigger than average, comparatively speaking.

Cons:

It may not be a biggy for others, and though I made fun with it, there was very limited and poor flow hot water.
I understand the manager / owner is rectifying this.
For me - this would be a deal breaker .. a hot shower, especially if you aren't feeling great or just want to wash the Delhi Dust off you or if you need to wash your long hair - goes a long way to improving the day or night!
I had got the impression it was in a quieter location, and though it is not - if you are in a room away from the street - you don't hear a thing.

My guest fell down in the bathroom. No ant-slip material in the bathroom. Stairs, No elevators. Very difficult to transport to the hospital

Balcony was shared, there is no network of Jio, there was some issue with electricity and for more than 4 hours it was dark with no wifi no network, No full length mirror in room
