Buen desayuno pero decepcionante las instalaciones
Pros:

La atención del personal del desayuno fue espectacular: Rocío y María muy amables y agradables: Preocupadas de atender muy bien, Rocío nos alegraba el día a día con su humor.

Cons:

No había personal de forma permanente en recepción. Decía que era atención online pero no respondían durante la noche: el primer día tuve cucarachas en la habitación, llamé a todos los números, incluso del hotel ritual y nada. Al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitacion y la nueva habitación olía a humedad todo el tiempo.
Después de que cierra la piscina no hay personal que pueda resolver temas como entregar papel higiénico o facilitar un secador de pelo.
Lo del uso de las instalaciones del hotel ritual no es como tal ya que te exigen pagar un consumo de 15 euros como mínimo (lo cual no lo indica en booking).

Rewelacyjnie położony hotelik, ze świetnym tarasem i wspaniałym śniadaniem!
Pros:

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, pokoje są czyste i przyjemne. Śniadanie jest po prostu rewelacyjne!!!! Personel przyjazny, zameldowanie - choć zdalne i nieco skomplikowane - to jednak działa. Polecamy wszystkim singlom, parom na krótsze i dłuższe pobyty!

Trochę skomplikowane zameldowanie.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles super und ich werde wieder kommen.

I really liked the location. The staff who serve breakfast are very friendly and attentive. 👏

Cons:

There are cockroaches. I found two cockroaches in my room. And talking to another guest, he said he found some too. The bathroom gets completely wet; you have to put two towels on the floor. And there's a lot of noise coming from outside. It's not worth the price. And they closed the entrance doors on Monday and only sent the entry code the next day. I only managed to get into the hotel because another guest showed up and had a code.

Room bed and bathroom were super comfortable albeit a bit noisy The breakfast was amazing and the lady there awesome

Cons:

Staff at front desk was just courteous at best and seemed a bit uninformed not knowing how much a cab to the airport would be any having any kind of maps to use. Also, when booking it was confusing to know whether i was booking the Ritual or the Sirena. I they ere the same thing or next door but turns out not even close.
