Hotel Ritual Sireno Torremolinos - Adults Only

Prices can be high

The hotel has no reception and rooms are quite run down. shower wall was leaking water all over bathroom. and an annoying glass door that made alot of noise opening and closing,
The hotel is a sister hotel to the big Ritual hotel but you need to pay extra to visit their premises.
The card to get into the hotel after midnight did not work.
The room has a water boiler but no coffee or tea provided.

USB by the bedside would be nice.
Took a while to get used to digital entry.

Das Personal beim Frühstück versteht und spricht kein Englisch. Die Kaffeeautomaten waren permanent ausser Betrieb, weil Milch fehlte, der satzbehälter voll war. Das Personal hatte nicht den notwendigen Blick dafür. Leider. Das Frühstück eintönig. Keine Gurke oder Tomaten.

The cafe machine was always 1/2 on and then 1/2 off. Needed to be cleaned and watched. The older woman cook was not good she made everything with lost of grease on the eggs. My room had some damaged walls and dirty. The scale in the bathroom did not work. The 2 soap dispensers did not work. They could take lessons from the other Ritual Hotel. The gym was never open at 8am. Always late.

The staff, not everyone but some. I stood waiting to be served, but s/he carried on chatting like I don’t exist. When leaving the hotel, one guy who works there ( could be the manager) didn’t even acknowledged us or ask if we had a lovely time.

Quand on s attend à arriver dans un hôtel du groupe ritual et qu on arrive en fait dans un hôtel de type formule 1ou autre low coast le chute fait mal.
Je ne me serais pas plaint si je savais que j arrivais dans ce type de low coast mais a 180 euros la chambre au mois de septembre il y a vraiment de quoi être déçu.
Arrivée: tout se fait par sms, on ne parle a personne, personne ne nous accueille, ne nous renseigne sur l hotel, le petit dejeuner, la piscine etc
Petit dej: rien a dire tres bon et la jeune fille est très efficace
Check out: j essaye toujours de parler a qqn dans l hotel mais ce qqn n existe pas. Il faut faire un SMS. Mon vol est a 21h je fais le check out a midi je demande si il y a moyen de stocker mes affaires. Réponse: non merci au revoir.
Je rappelle 180 EUROS LA NUIT
A un moment il va falloir arrêter de prendre les gays pour des vaches a lait. Cest pas parceque vous collez qqs rainbow flag sur un hotel miteux et délabré que vous pouvez vous targuer d avoir le standing des autres ritual.
Ca sera donc ma première et unique expérience dans cet "hostel"

La habitación 404 parece de hostal barato, el parqué del suelo bosado por exceso de agua , el baño necesita una reforma completa, el lavabo es antiguo con pié, el vidé medio suelto que se salía el agua al desaguar, el espejo incrustado en la pared más pequeño que el hueco donde está alojado y alrededor reyenado con silicona, la bañera con un esconchon y pintado con pintura blanca, la mampara de la bañera demasiado pequeña, hay que ducharse con cuidado para no inundar el baño, los azulejos antiguos de todo el baño pintados con pintura amarilla y bosada en alguna parte .

La limpieza puede ser mejor, aunque no está mal del todo nos encontramos dos cucarachas saliendo del desagüe de la ducha

Conflicting information regarding the use of their other Ritual hotel. I messaged their WhatsApp to ask about leaving my luggage there in sireno because I had a later flight. They informed me they had no luggage storage. I asked if I could leave my luggage with the other ritual hotel and they said no because "Ritual Torremolinos and Sireno are no longer part of the same hotel chain, so unfortunately guests cannot use the facilities at the other hotel. However, they are welcome to wait by the pool until it’s time for them to leave". I asked the question after receiving that message on booking.com and they said "Hello. Although they belong to the same group, they are managed independently, and the conditions for accessing Hotel Ritual have changed over the past year. Please feel free to ask us about this when you stay at our hotel, and we will provide you with the information. Thank you"
If you want to use the other pool in the other ritual hotel which according to them is a separate entity then you have to pay 25 euro for a ticket (if they are seperate entities then how are they working together to make an this deal of paying 25 euro to use the pool?)
Walls in the rooms are super thin so be prepared to hear your neighbours talking at a normal level but seeming like they are in your room.
Rooms are dated and have paint peeling.
Some breakfast staff really not interested in being welcoming.

Gym is not really a gym. 2 cardio machines (1 not working) and some dumbbells... That's it
