Las almohadas muy sucias y el colchón, las almohadas y el cubre cama diciendo “Ya no aguanto más”

La ubicación, personal muy atento y amable. La fuente muy bonita

Cons:

El colchón muy viejo, el sobrecama roto, almohadas sucias y desagradables, el agua sin fuerza y fría. Daba sensación que te iba a salir algún bicho del colchón. Tuve mis dudas si cambiaban las sábanas. Deberían invertir en la cama en general.

Super valorado, pague 70 dólares por noche por una habitación super pequeña el baño aún más chico parecía una pensión, la cama super dura y había demasiado ruido, ya en la noche si era un poco más silencioso. Un lugar por el que pagaría 40 dólares la noche. Busque otro lugar en booking y me salia la misma por 35 dólares me sentí estafada

Pros:

Muy limpio y el personal atento
Es tal cual la foto la estética parece colonial. Permiten guardar las maletas por un día para los huéspedes que se han quedado con ellos. En caso de qué se vayan a hacer algún plan turístico las. Las habitaciones son cómodas y silenciosas.

What we liked was the ambiance of the hotel, the calming decor, the fountain, and the plants. The location is superb. Also, a very friendly and helpfull reception.

Decent value for perfect location.
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful terrace, friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was very hot despite the cool weather outside because there was very little airflow. The mattress needs replaced as the springs were very uncomfortable.

Good location, stunning rooftop views. Room was small with not really any hot water.
Pros:

The central courtyard was beautiful! The location of the property was perfect for accessing all the restaurants, cafe's and sights in Antigua. The rooftop views at sunrise were amazing.

Cons:

The room was quite small and the only way to get the shower to have hot water was to have it running at barely a trickle. They lock the outside door at night and we were told all we needed to do was ring the bell and someone would open it. We went out for dinner and when we returned we rang the bell for about 10 minutes and no one answered. We were becoming very concerned that we would not be able to get back into our room. Eventually I found a phone number through the site that I could call using WhatsApp and then someone answered the door.

Un lindo hotel cerca de todo
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación sin estar en en el centro ruidoso con Cafés y Restaurantes cerca. Con acceso a cocina por si necesitas guardar alimentos prepararte algo especial. A pasos de Banco para realizar retiros y cambio de dólares de lunes a viernes.
Vista espectacular de los volcanes desde la terraza del hotel, es in imperdible!!

Cons:

El colchón de la cama no estaba derecho y la televisión nunca funcionó
