Feedback on My Recent Stay
I have been a regular guest at this hotel for more than five years and have consistently booked the Executive Room with the Bed & Breakfast plan at approximately ₹4,000 per night. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing for the following reasons:
Poor Wi-Fi Connectivity
The Wi-Fi was virtually unusable inside my room throughout my stay. I had to keep the room door open just to receive a usable Wi-Fi signal, which was highly inconvenient and unacceptable for a business traveller. Although the hotel eventually identified the problem, this happened only on the last night of my stay, by which time the inconvenience had already affected my visit.
Incorrect Breakfast Charges
My company had booked and paid for accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis. However, despite this, I was charged ₹735 for breakfast covering two days. These charges should never have been levied and must be reimbursed.
Booking.com Pricing
I was surprised to find that Booking.com charged ₹4,905 per night without breakfast, whereas I have previously stayed in the same Executive Room under the Bed & Breakfast plan for approximately ₹4,000 per night. This pricing appears unreasonable and represents poor value.
I request that the incorrectly charged breakfast amount of ₹735 be reimbursed to me at the earliest. I also request that Booking.com review the pricing discrepancy to ensure that customers receive fair and transparent rates.
I sincerely hope these issues are resolved promptly. Otherwise, I will have to reconsider using Booking.com for future bookings and explore alternative booking platforms.

Pros:

Really helpful staff. We were able to access our room early in the morning after overnight travel and also stored luggage at the hotel when we went off travelling for a few days.
