Hotel provides a beautiful space to explore Lausanne!
Pros:

Love this hotel! Wonderful views of the lake and located walking distance to the train station. In the center of Lausanne, there are good restaurants nearby and easy to walk to the Cathedral. Staff is very helpful and polite.

Chambre infectée, employés de nettoyage ne voulant pas travailler et irresponsables.
Pros:

Le drat du matelas n'avait pas été changé avant de mon arrivée, il était sale et pleine de detritures des petits trucs noirs et quelques piles que j'ai découverts à la lumière du matin, une infection totale. Les objets comme le séchoir n'avait pas été rangés à leurs places. En un seul mot visiblement depuis le voyageur précèdent la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée, et comme je suis arrivée à l'hôtel à minuit et que j'étais trop fatiguée je n'ai prêté l'attention que le matin. J'ai même montré les detritures à votre équipe de nettoyage composée d'une dame d'origine africaine et un monsieur d'origine d'Amérique latine. Au moment de rendre la chambre , devant l'accueil , un couplé, visiblement, de l'inde et moi avons remarqué une araignée qui descendait et le monsieur du couple a demandé à sa femme de se déplacer pour ne pas recevoir la bête sur elle. J'espère que des choses noires sur le drap ne sont pas des punaises de lit.
Franchement HONTEAUX, l'hôtel de la paix et ce genre d'infection.😔

La chambre et surtout les drats pas nettoyée depuis le départ du précèdent voyageur qui avait occupé la chambre 510 avant moi. INFECTION TOTALE

Modern room, good size, great location

Cons:

Reception Staff was very junior and could not answer any questions. For example, I asked if I could get a room upgrade and the staff wasn’t aware if it’s possible. Very strange.
Breakfast could also be better. Not a lot of choice and one poor boy who could not serve everyone alone.

Pros:

The people working at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The provisions were limited. The fridge for example, only had 1 chocolate to eat, no chips, no nuts. The bathroom did not have shampoo, hair cream, cream or toothbrush, only a liquid soap attached to the wall, far from the bath.
The decoration is all brown, cold and not sophisticated or elegant.
