Pros:

I asked for a room with lake view and it was so beautiful! The room’s colors and the view have an amazing soothing effect. Very comfortable space, my main purpose was to disconnect and relax and i was exactly where i needed to be. Plus the hotel is in a nice area of Lausanne with plenty of nice shops
and restaurants around, very close to metro.

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe if a bathrobe and slippers were provided it would have been a nice addition to complete the overall relaxing experience

Pros:

Big, clean and friendly. Bright and airy. Nice bedroom. Excellent big walk in shower. Wonderful towel(s). Kettle. Fantastic balcony with amazing views. Free public transport. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Slow lift with display on the outside to know which floor they are on. It’s a long way up the hill!

Nächstes mal nehmen wir Seesicht :-)
Pros:

Zwei Einzelzimmer für eine Nacht mit Stadtblick gebucht, erhalten zwei (grosse) Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Blick in den Innenhof. Der Innenhof war der einzige negative Punkt, wobei negativ relativ ist (dafür ruhig, kein Stadtlärm :-). Der Aufpreis für Zimmer mit Seesicht (bis Evians auf der anderen Seeseite) würde sich bei diesem Hotel wohl lohnen, wenn man dies wünscht. Auf das Frühstücksbuffet hatten wir verzichtet, da ein italienischer Kaffee mit "Aprikosen"-Croissant in Gehdistanz vollends genügte. Das Hotel hinterlässt einen sauberen, mondänen Eindruck und lässt einen noch längst vergessene Zeiten erahnen. Bar hatte sich bis 23 Uhr noch geöffnet.

Charging 60 CHF parking fee for 2 nights is a bit steep. Also they keep your key and move your car around - I am not a fan. Car window was left open - anybody in the garage has access.
