Letzte bd. Male hatten wir uns über unseren Aufenthalt gefreut, diesmal jedoch sehr enttäuscht.

Die Lage, die Aussicht

Cons:

Rezeption-Personal reserviert und unflexibel. Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht das entsprechende Niveau, waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt und rochen nach Benzin/ Diesel. Ein Tausch war leider nicht möglich.

Sehr schönes Hotel schon etwas älter, aber voll im Schuss

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und schöne grosse Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hatte wohl ihre Probleme. Am zweiten Tag war das Zimmer total warm. Man hat sich aber darum gekümmert und am Tag darauf funktionierte diese wieder. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich einen Ventilator bekommen.

An excellent short stay despite the challenges.
Pros:

The room, location and view was excellent. Accessibility was also easy. Breakfast was also excellent.

Cons:

It was annoying to be told to pay a deposit of 100 for a bar whose contents cannot exceed CHF 30. Rational was not given and I thought that was rediculous. No information given on what then one can use, the TV, Coffee etc. The quality of the Juice at breakfast was questionable.

Cons:

Extra betalen per nacht voor parking (wel zeer vriendelijk parkingpersoneel).
