Do not book here
Pros:

Receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. The whole floor where room was absolutely stunk of smoke and the room was so disgusting that I did not stay. AND they would not return my bond even though I only had the key for 10m before returning it

Everything. Disgusting place. Do NOt take your children here

Pros:

Location and the apartment was a good size. Lovely view for the sunset.

Cons:

Self check in wasn't ideal. Had to keep calling staff for help. Took ages to get through the main entrance because the code wouldn't work.

so the balcony is rather dirty, it's a little rough around the edges, but I'd stay again in a second for the price and location and facilities.

Excellent location close to trams and trains.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the ability to to accomodate 5 adults in one apartment was worth it. We only slept here so it was very handy and a convenience use for a family of 5 adults.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not great. Blankets were pretty stained and some holes and just general ick feeling from them. There was a nappy on the floor of one of the bedrooms thank the lord it was unused otherwise it would have been a game changer but still pretty unacceptable.

Awful
Pros:

Smoke alarm was barley attached to the roof
No fire blanket or fire extinguisher in the apartment
Hair on the bed
No extra blankets
Heating did not work well
Appliances were not tagged and tested
The ground floor was dirty and smelly and the floors were extremely sticky

Will never stay here again
Pros:

I like the location of the property, we were close to marvel stadium and the shopping centre. Lots of good food places around the area.

Cons:

The place was filthy and the smell that hits you when you walk into the place is horrendous. If you’re a light sleeper, this place is not for you because the traffic noise at night mixed with sirens, horns and tram bells make it near impossible to get any sleep. Couldn’t even come home from a day of walking around to a comfy couch because the cushions may as well not exist. Maybe if you’re spending just a night you can put up with it but we stayed for several days and it was not a pleasant experience.
