Breakfast had a wide range of choice, the room was modern & comfortable the location was in the centre of Andover
All the rooms en suites were shower over the bath. There were no specific rooms for disabled or elderly who can’t cope with this
Free car parking, help yourself breakfast
The first room was missing the tv remote control so we were moved to another room. The second room was 102 on the front, very noisy until the early hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday night with bar loud music being played until gone 1am. No bath-Mat provided, slipped and hurt myself on the second morning, reported to reception, very dangerous!

Stationnement privé difficile à trouver à cause des sens uniques environnants l’hôtel. On a dû stationner temporairement ailleurs pour s’informer à l’hôtel du parcours exact. Mais le parking est très bien
The room was at the back of the hotel. I find the front of the hotel is very noise at night. Thats why I was happy with my stay.
All OK this stay.
Good location to the wedding venue we were visiting. Room was big, bathroom had goodlighting. Provided with tea/coffee, ironing board.
Breakfast in morning was good. Buffet style cooked breakfast.
Housekeeping need to be a little more on it, we checked in with rubbish in the bathroom bin and an empty water bottle on the bedroom floor.
Dust on top of shelves and picture frames.
As we were only staying one night I didn't ask for a room change.
Lovely courtyard sitting area. The breakfast was delicious! Decent bread and a proper toaster! Plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend and certainly stay again. Staff pleasant and very helpful.

Put in a stuffy small room, with a wooden spindle holding the window open.

There was pidgins in the yard which were trying to get into our room banging on the window at 6am.
Great hotel in a great location. Ladies on reception were very helpful. Breakfast was great including the staff. Room was brilliant.
