Pros:

Close to the center. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Staff had difficulty talking in English. The room could have been more modern. WiFi was not optimal

Cons:

Very disappointed! The bathroom smells, closet without handles, the carpet in hull way too thick to pull luggage through, WiFi doesn’t work with non-Chinese phone numbers.

This was my second visit (in two years), generally i was satisfied with some details.
Pros:

I liked that the cleaning team is working even in afternoon hours. Important for customers from overseas with jetlag or difficult travel schedule. I am very impressed with the care provided by the cleaning team.
The hotel is immediately next to a metro (subway) station with direct trip to exhibition center (40 minutes) and it is one of the reasons why i book this hotel.

Cons:

The room receives cigarette smoke from other rooms. Bed sheets are clean but sometimes a light cigarette smell is there. I think it is a problem of building's infrastructure of how air travels. Team works well to fulfill your requests and windows provide some fresh air.

The A/C did not work in heating mode.

Immaculate Housekeeping and use of flowers and plants to make the lobby looks very elegant and relaxing.
